I can feel what Sheina's said, It really took me a year to gather the courage to apply in BPO industry just because I want to be ready and prepared. I learned from her "don't let the rejections and failure hinder you to reapplying" "the more you get rejected the more things you will learn" btw. thanks to you guys for sharing this things I always watch both of your videos and learn a lot from it. ❤️ Godbless!!
@@ReaNinja hi rea i always watching your video since i was in Dubai but my contract ended im looking for a call center job right now 14 years experience customer service.
When i feel demotivated i always watched your videos Ms.Rea.I love what Ms.Sheina said "Feel free to feel bad about it, but don't let the rejections and failures hinder you from reapplying because it will only be a matter of time before you get the job the more you get rejected the more things you will learn." I failed so many times on applying in callcenter but my determination to land a job in this industry is very strong.I mean rejections can't stop me from reapplying.Thankyou Ms.Rea your videos helped me a lot.
Im a newbie and tried to applied in a BPO company. I studied first contact center course, coz im already 43 and was laid off last January this year. Then i watch this channel ms. Rhea and ms shienna's channel. It really helped me to be hired. Im on my way to J.O. and hoping that may medical will be clear. Praying and hoping that my medical result will be fine so I can start my training next week. 🙏😇
My friend has said to me that I should step out from my comfort zone. This statement was the best that I've heard in my entire life because I used to shy before and stepping out from the comfort one of the best start.
Thank you❤️❤️ ma'am Rea. I've been following you since I discovered the world of BPO.. I can now construct simple english even if I'm not that good. Though I'm not good at least I am way better than before.
I feel confident right now❤️❤️❤️. Thanks so much ma'am you bring hope to everyone who aim to be in this industry, next time I will give my 💯% on the interview. I love you all😘💕

I went back to this post, we're free from the pandemic but still, this talk with Ms. Sheina and Ms. Rea is still timely and relevant. Thank you for the words of wisdom and encouragement you give to freshers and also to seasoned veterans in the industry who still needs to watch this video for values and reminders!
Just came here that I'm about to have 6 months working at a BPO// part of thr success is due to your knowledge and all the thing that you've share with us in your videos, that helped me out during the process. I'm still learnning just wanted to share that 😀
Hi miss @Rea Ninja im part of BPO industry now (IBEX BOHOL) ! Thankful to have your videos to watch. Though im part of the non-voice account but still im hired because of your help, also to miss @Sheina 🥰❤️ lovelots to both of you keep safe and Godbless ❤️😇🙏

It helps me a lot ate rea, so I decided to appy in bpo industry do wala Pa akong experience but still hoping to be one of you sooner or later. Your videos helps me a lot about BPO Industry. 😊 Looking forward to be part of it.
Hello Ms. Rea I'm a newbie in a bpo industry and your video helps me a lot! Tbh during training I failed 5x and I'm hopeless that time and was really embarrassed but by God's grace on the 6th coaching I passed. But indeed don't let failure stops you or hinder you from applying. You're not learning if you don't make a mistake! :)
Just Do it!! and trust the process from Macoy😍😍😍 Your speaker were all good!!! Im gaining alot of confidence now...I am Excited and will not hesitate again..gonna try this Great industry. Thanks you so much maam Rhea😘😘😘😘your on point.
im watching your videos hoping to learn a lot and get my courage back when one of the bpo company (V**) rejected me when they saw my application form that i only finish hs grad,i was rejected right away didn't get a chance to try to be interviewed (caravan) and because of that im scared to apply in bpo, that they might reject me if they saw i only finish hs grad 💔🙏 hoping to have my confidence back 🙏
I feel enlightened while watching your videos, right now i failed my first mock call and it feels very humiliating for me 😭 i hope that in watching videos like this will keep my burning desire to pursue bpo industry because i really want to be part of it . 😭😭😭
I have a question regarding the hiring practices of some companies that require applicants to have a college background, even when they have several years of experience in the BPO industry. I am not talking about higher positions but just regular positions like Customer Service Rep and Sales Rep. Could this be a form of discrimination? I am curious about the reasoning behind this requirement given the practical experience that many candidates possess
Even I if im not mistaken i failed on my interviews for about 20 times and it didnt stop me from applying on a bpo industry i used it as my motivation to go further now i already work with 3 different bpo companies 😅
I want to apply also ma'am to be call center because this is my dream and to be fluent ,and to grow my confident,I hope someday i Will be as call center.
I don't have yet any experiences being a call center agent, I'm actually looking for a company who's hiring so i can get a chance to be part of it, and it can help me to get out of my comfort zone which i s I've always wanted to tried but i can't because I'm always told to myself I'm not fit in BPO industry because of lack of confidence, and my delivery speaking in English is not that really fluently. I'm currently store crew in some convenience store in manila, and now, praying and hoping that one day, I'll be part of BPO industry. Wish me luck 🥺🖤
These advice were really helpful for me. I had a interview today, and I got rejected. :( This is my fifth or sixth time trying to apply to a call center. They always say my grammar is not that good and some mispronunciations. Now, I’ll try to get better my communication skills.
I don't see any grammatically error from what you've said. Compare to me I am not that good when it comes to grammar. Why they didn't hire you.what more if I will to apply??😐😐 Just keep going ms.☺️
Great , I'm in Ghana and I have been trained for 6 weeks in the BPO industry , can you help me get an opportunity outside Africa in the contact centre, thank you

I need to push myself to go from this industry because my parents can't afford my tuition fees anymore because of inflation continously increase. But still I need to finish 2nd sem of my 2nd year of college and hopefully I can get hired soon. 💖

The reason why I'm a little bit afraid of applying to a call centre is because of my accent, my pronunciation and my body clock
