Only watch news from news organisations that you trust, and that have been around awhile with a good reputation. Use your critical thinking skills. If something you watch seems a bit off the mark in some way, go and see what the other news organizations you trust are saying about that subject. Don't believe everything you hear even if it is from friends and family. Ask them where they got that information from. Go check it out on your trusted news stations. Think for yourself, don't have a herd mentality. It is easy once you learn how.
