Umalis ako sa Whola (home based work ko) kahit ayaw ko pa kasi yung nag hire sa akin nung una, nagdededuct ng 500-800 per pay day sabi nya Wise fee daw. Sinumbong ko sa may ari kasi sa first year ko almost 16k na deduction ko coz of Wise fee eh below 30K sweldo lang naman. Mula noon nagkaka initan na kami. Nag file ako resignation for June 1 ginawa niyang immediate. Ganun siya ka powerful kesa sa may ari. Balita ko ang ipinalit niya sa akin bayaw at kapatid niya. I work there as Admin Assistant. Hindi mahirap yung work, yung tao ang mahirap pakisamahan. I don't believe that we have to bow down and kiss ass just to fit in as long as we are doing our task correctly. Eto ang hirap pag may kasmang mga pInoy sa account. Sorry to vent out on your channel.
I feel upset and depressed about losing my dream job. I honestly love the environment, people, the job position get me interested thats why I accepted it first but after I tried it feels like it really not suit me, it give me pressure that I cant explain plus the working schedule is not really a flexible one even the salary is low. I feel really depressed whether I will continue or quit.. Now I decided to quit after 1month, I realize illits not really for me because so many red flag thats why I decided to immediate resign but sucks I regret it I dont know why .. 😪😭😭😭
Been feeling the same way po, nafeel ko agad na di ako makakatagal, pero worried po ako kung pano makakaapply sa susunod. If hindi ko ilalagay sa resume ko, malalaman kaya ng future employer na may previous work na ko?

Hi! Sorry to hear that. Discuss with your manager your job description, and that sobrang nabuburn out ka. Always try to open this muna with your manager and see if you guys can work out on something. If that still continues though, that's probably when you should check out your options next.
Ako naman wala ng ginagawa at di na rin naggrowgrow sa company,, pumapasok nlng ako sa opis para umupo at tumitig sa monitor ng 8hrs at magbusybusyhan hahaha mas nakakadrain pa ng utak pag ala ka ginagawa maghapon kaya balak ko na magresign soon
