- We all know that meditation and mindfulness is great for our mental health and well-being, however, with mile long to-do lists, who has time for meditation sessions? Mindfulness expert, Kimberly McClam Fisher describes the transformative power of "Mindful-Tasking", which is simply incorporating Mindfulness into our mundane daily activities like brushing out teeth. Kimberly presents a powerful argument against multi-tasking and shares how to intentionally implement mindfulness to improve our overall wellness and relationships. Kim Fisher, is a Certified Mindfulness Teacher, author, and the founder of Brown Girls Meditate. This community was created as a safe space for women of color to learn simple mindfulness practices that unlock power and purpose.
