  • We all know that meditation and mindfulness is great for our mental health and well-being, however, with mile long to-do lists, who has time for meditation sessions? Mindfulness expert, Kimberly McClam Fisher describes the transformative power of "Mindful-Tasking", which is simply incorporating Mindfulness into our mundane daily activities like brushing out teeth. Kimberly presents a powerful argument against multi-tasking and shares how to intentionally implement mindfulness to improve our overall wellness and relationships. Kim Fisher, is a Certified Mindfulness Teacher, author, and the founder of Brown Girls Meditate. This community was created as a safe space for women of color to learn simple mindfulness practices that unlock power and purpose.
    She is the author of the Guided Meditation Journal "Brown Girls Meditate: A 30 Day Soulful Guide to Discover Meditation," available now on Amazon.     I love this Ted Talk, good job. And youre so right, i think all of us should take time to be mindfull and present, by meditating. Its soo important.

    Great talk, but your tongue is *ideally* on the roof of your mouth (with the tip in the position it is when saying the letter "n")
