Then he was diagnosed with non Hodgkin’s lymphoma. He died less than a long miserable two years. He played music up to two weeks before he died. It was BRUTAL!!! I LOVED HIM WITH ALL MY HEART EXCEPT FOR OUR SON but I Sure Wasn’t Expecting That One!!! It Is What It Is!!! Few musicians have long term marriages. A drummer who he’d played with was getting married and the other guys had a bet going on how many times this one would make. I won 20. Bucks. They were guessing three to five times. I said seven. I was right. LOL!!! I ran into him at McDonalds and he asked me if I heard his wife kicked him out. I ran out before I busted out laughing!!!
