Happy birthday, Doc. Your videos never cease to amaze me.
Thank you for verifying that once something is ground up into flour it is refined and our bodies process it into sugar which then is stored as fat. One flour that I like to use but you didn't cover is hemp flour. I love making a Hemp and flaxseed flour mix walnut bread that I enjoy. I even sprinkle some basil seeds on top. It makes the perfect bread to have with olive oil and avocado. Everything in moderation. Bon appetit.
Would you share your recipe?
Would you please share your recipe ❤
You're welcome! The hemp flour you make and use for bread sounds incredible. 🙌

You may not take this as a compliment, but I watch you for your sense of humour 😄 (...of all things, imagine that)
and a quick question: does COCONUT, PISTACHIO, WALLNUT, HAZEL NUT, or BRASIL NUT NOT have lectins, like all other nuts?? since you have been praising these nuts....thank you in advance for the answer..!!
Coconut, Pistachios, Walnuts, and Brazil nuts are safe. I think Hazel nuts have lectins but can't be sure about that. Almonds have lectins on their skin only so blanched almonds are safe.
I do not believe they have lectins and Dr Gundry recommends them. If you eat Brazil nuts only have 2-3 nuts. Keep in mind that nuts are high in calories if you are trying to lose weight.
@@janetd12 I am glad you answered this. I see them on the YES list but at the same time there are some individuals who claim Hazelnuts do have lectins. I was wondering if there is perhaps newer research that shows it now as safe.
