SiRamik is incredible. 14 months later and even hitting my paint with 20% surfex, washing up liquid and even Megs Wash Plus, the coating was STILL on the paint. Incredible durability, I use it on my motorbike chrome too. Excellent product.

I hear you BUT how much dirtier would it be without some form of protection? Apply a spray wax or sealant to front right qtr panel and nothing to the front left qtr panel. Drive it for a week and see if you notice a diffence in appearance and also effort in cleaning.
@@rooboy99 ofcourse... I was only being cheeky and pedantic. I know the value of using paint protection products and have my favourites. SiRamik blows all these out of the water on ease of use, durabilty, gloss etc! By far the best product I've ever used! On my car 10 months now and still beads and water behaviour like its on day 1 of application!
Bead it up is my preference. Sure the others might offer slightly more performance, but at what cost? As the user, who is going to be most exposed to the product, the reassurance that I’m not exposing myself, the customer, or the environment to carcinogens and hazardous compounds, while performing at an acceptable level, is enough to keep me as a customer.
Thanks for showing your spray sealant tests, i currently use 303 graphene spray sealant for my car, my poor car lives outside in direct sun 24/7, so i wanted something that will last 12 months, beads well and gives some UV protection to try to protect my car from further sun damage, i was wondering about Koch but now i see from your test there are other choices i could make.

Please consider looking more closely at the Menzerna product line. Of all the brands you look at, Menzerna might be the most industrial one, whose products are certainly used by professionals. They have dozens of surface prep and polishing products that are used not only by automotive folks, but by marine and aerospace. I was actually surprised that they have a something as consumer-friendly as spray on detailer. I’ve used their polishing pastes on my grinder with buffing wheels for years. These Menzerna people are top notch. The big 4 and the simple instructions are well-understood by the people that typically use their products. All their 4 products are finishing products, and the instructions are meant to be read by users who already know what they’re doing. I’m not associated with the company in any way. I’m just a guy who’s used them for years. You should try out their polishing stuff. My belief is that they’ll outperform everything else.
they have missed a huge trick. yes the abrasives are great and thats at the heart of what they do. but over the last 20 years the detailing industry has exploaded and they have released very little. I think they litterally have 1 shampoo as their only detergent product. think of all the products you could release around Decon alone. TG, FR, clay bars, clay pads. then think of all the detergent solutions required within detailing. Look at the range of products in the Koch Range. And compare. Menz have missed a huge trick. They stayed too focused on body shop abrasive sector and totally missed out on the fact this thing called detailing happened. At least in my opinion. Happy to be wrong but its a bit like what I said about collenite. scholl are also the same. To "polishing/abrasive" focused.

@@ForensicDetailing To be fair, these are a ceramic WAX, and waxes typically aren't super durable to begin with. If you really want durability, paint correct the car, and actually ceramic coat it with a 9H or 10H 9+-year professional coating. These products are for the once every 2 weeks to 1 month application when you wash your car. For that, they do fine for givinge more shine, and having a hydrophobic effect.
remember discussing this many years ago with a britemax fallout remover clay lube. So this is nothing new m8. The problem is TGA needs about 2-3 mins to do its thing. So if you spray it onto a section and clay. the TGA is not given a chance to shrink the fallout prior to claying to make the claying more effective. you also get the pleasure of having to honk fallout remover in the whole time while you clay and it stinks. for me I will use fallout prior to claying and this removes the rust layer on all the embedded fallout (EVERYWHERE), you can rinse away all the chemical under pressure, contact wash if you want. But essentially NOW you are ready to clay and all the fallout that is left in the paint has had the outer rust core removed and should free up from the claying with the maximum effect. thats how I tend to do it. remember FR does not disolve iron only the Fe2o3 oxide layer.
