There are going to be a good amount of characters who unfortunately will not become playable characters in Smash.
But it's still interesting to think about what kind of move sets these characters can have if they were playable, so that's why I'm here today.

Waluigi would face off against opponents whose fighting styles could be considered cheating or showboating. Round 1: Wolf. Round 2: Ice Climbers. Round 3: Dark Pit. Round 4: Donkey Kong. Round 5: Duck Hunt
6: Incineroar. Finale: Team up with Wario to fight against Mario and Luigi.
and the twist is your secretly suppose to lose so if you win it says failure

A fun little rumor and joke that’s been going around the smash community since Daisy got in and Waluigi didn’t is that he gave his smash invitation to her so she could get into smash as a fighter and he’d be there watching from the assist trophy, watching her have a great time and waiting for his chance.

Thanks for the moveset, but those harassers were only three people who sent stupid memes, and most Waluigi fans are just routing for the character. Waluigi still has chance, because Nintendo (specifically Reggie) has talked about it a few times. He’s said that he even mains as him in Mario Tennis Aces, and has said that Nintendo and Sakurai will think about it, and since Nintendo has chosen the DLC characters, he has a chance.

2. The fact that Nintendo talked about his status several times since E3 and didn't say "No. Stop. He's an AT." gives people like me actually hope for him, especially because of Nintendo choosing the DLCs. I mean when everyone got mad about Ridley and Skull Kid in Smash 4 Sakurai said that Skull Kid is an AT and that Ridley is to big. And He didn't say anything about Waluigi since E3. So let's hope for the best! ;)

Up B: he jumps up, and spikes with a tennis racket. It will activate the spike at a fixed distance and anyone that gets hit before that will just be dealt a little damage and be knocked away slightly

The down B should be Waluigi snapping his fingers, instantly sending half the universe into an infinite death loop where they will experience every possible death, forever. Which also includes all his current opponents.
Edit: The opponent will also lose that character and have to unlock them again, also, if it is a dlc character, they will have to fight it to get it back, like getting normal characters.

It is the perfect move. But to use it, you need to get a bar filled, which to fill, you need to get the enemy to one stock, or heavily be beating them, and then, you can use this version of the down B.

Cool, but the warp block would be OP. Once you get the timing down, it would be easy to jump off the stage and use up-B just before reaching the blast zone. Other than that, pretty good concept!

it doesn't just automatically warp the other person; waluigi has to reappear on top of the other person. Imagine palutena's teleport, but instead of a hitbox at the end, it's a wrapbox

It's really interesting seeing a more casual player design movesets. The Warp Block would make edgeguarding Waluigi extremely dangerous, and the Fake Item Block would give very strong stage control just as a trap, not even mentioning how insane being able to create items half the time is.
(Also I'd vote for Waluigi to have his Mario Tennis Aces ultimate as his Final Smash)

Anyone can be in Super Smash Bros. because of all the respect they get, and that is what Waluigi has been receiving and deserves to be in smash even more than anyone can think. I mean how do you think Dark Pit, Wii Fit Trainer, Duck Hunt, and R.O.B. (he was announced in Brawl) made it into smash 4? Now this is Nintendo picking the characters for DLC. I can bet that they're aware of the outcry of Waluigi more than Sakurai is. So since they're the ones picking, it's more likely Nintendo related characters, and Waluigi is one of them to choose from. I mean if they want the fans to be happy, then is the way they can make it happen. They can even produce more sells with Waluigi in the smash game at last.
Nintendo, if you have chosen Waluigi to be a playable DLC character, keep in mind that there are things you can do with Waluigi, even Sakurai needs to understand that. To prove it, here is the list of things/ideas you can do with Waluigi in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate (These are the ideas I can give for you about Waluigi, but if you see that all of these ideas I said can make him a fighter and you want to use all of them, that will be nice too):
Alternate Costumes:
***Remember, Reggie mains Waluigi as his character, and he also likes the memes of Waluigi, even the Nintendo company likes him, but for Sakurai, we don't know if he respects Waluigi because of him having a plushy of Waluigi, on one hand, but he also judged that Waluigi would be "too powerful" in smash
(But hey, we though that Bayonetta was powerful, but she still has some weaknesses of her own too. So that applies for all of the characters in smash, even for Waluigi)***
- Purple overalls (default costume)
- His biker outfit (as a depiction of him with his own game he can have like Waluigiware)
- Luigi's costume (only this time, it will be blue shirt and green pants (like Wario has red pants and blue shirt from Donkey Kong Arcade))
- The Family Waluigi costume (as shown with him all white in a comic: The Family)
- The Japanese cover art costume (like how Mario, Luigi and Wario have a cyan costume)
- The Walurambo costume (with him showing muscles) (I mean Shulk is in his bathing suit, I don't see why you cannot use this costume for Waluigi)
- Mario's costume (only this time, it will be red shirt and purple pants (like Wario
has brown pants and green shirt from Mario Bros. arcade
- A soccer outfit from Mario Strikers (in which he was captain of his own team (Mario Strikers series))
Waluigi in Battle (he can work as a semi-clone from many characters in the roster, but he can have additional move-sets of his own):
Specials:
Neutral B - "Waa!" (and can be charged up to do more damage. If it doesn't connect directly, it has a wind-effect at the end (taken from the Brawl-Mod) (The cry of "Waa!" is iconic, and does make sense after all of the self-pity Waluigi had dealt with)
Up B - Corkscrew (Waluigi leaps into the air while spinning) (similar to Wario's up B (back in Brawl))
Side B - Swimming Return (Waluigi swims to the stage as a horizontal recovery) (Taken from Brawl-Mod, but mostly from Mario Power Tennis)
Down B - Items (pull out kart items behind his back that can be used as a projectile; such as a shell, banana, and a bob-omb) (similar to Peach's Down B when she picks out a vegetable, Mr. Saturn, and a bob-omb from the ground of the stage)
Smash Attacks:
Neutral A (combo) - his own punch-kick combo; hitting 2 times just like Wario's combo
Up A - Whirluigi (as you hold, Waluigi is in position in his signature Γ shape, and as you let go, he spins around; generating a cyclone around him)
Side A - Waluigi does one huge stomp, as referenced to his assist trophy, to his opponents and gives them damage (similar to Brawl-mod)
Down A - Waluigi does a headspin-breakdance move, bashing foes with his legs (inspired by Dance Dance Revolution: Mario Mix, while it can be inspired from the Brawl-Mod) (Then again, Wario got his dance move created by Sakurai, so I'm sure you (Nintendo) (and Sakurai) can create this move for Waluigi)
Grab Statistics:
Grab (Z) - Grabs his opponents with his right hand
Punnel (Z repeatedly) - Punches his opponents in the torso
Up Throw - Throws the victim up and pokes them with his nose
Forward Throw - His opponents become a tennis ball and Waluigi hits them with his tennis racket (as featured in all of the Mario Tennis games)
Back Throw - Spins the foe around, with his left leg raise horizontally (kind of identical to Mario's and Wario's back throw (Luigi uses his new plotergust to grab in Ultimate now; so that's why I said only Mario and Wario when I'm talking about Ultimate))
Down Throw - Throws the victim on the ground and do multiple stomps on them (as shown by his assist trophy)
Aerial Attacks:
Neutral A (air) - Waluigi inflates his body and spins in the air with his arms and legs spread wide (similar to Wario's neutral Aerial in Brawl)
Up A (air) - Waluigi does a scissor kick. Similar to Sonic's, but with more damage because of his long legs
Forward A (air) - Waluigi swings his golf club horizontally (as Ike's Forward A (air) with his sword)
Back A (air) - Waluigi swings his baseball bat behind him (as Ike's Back A (air) with his sword)
Down A (air) - While being in the air, Waluigi does multiple stomps to his opponents (as shown when he was an assist trophy)
Tilts:
Forward - swings his tennis racket and hits opponent
Up - One quick sweep high above his head with the tennis racket
Down - Stabs his feet at the ground in front of him (referenced to Game + Watch Gallery 4 and similar to Wario's down tilt with his hand)
Dash - Shoulder bash as Wario does now in Ultimate (only with less range since he's in a skinny body) (this can also be seen in the Wario Land series)
Taunts:
Up Taunt - Waluigi takes out his tennis racket and treats it like a guitar (in Mario Power Tennis)
Side Taunt - Waluigi swings his right arm and makes a punch with with his left (from Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour when he got a Birdie)
Down Taunt - Crop Chop Dance (from Mario Strikers Charged and Super Mario Strikers)
Final Smash:
Waluigi Racer (Mario Kart Arcade GP 2 and Mario Kart: Double Dash!!) (on Waluigi Stadium (Either in Arcade GP 2 or Double Dash!! animation)) (Similar to Captain Falcon's Big Blue final smash back in Brawl, 3Ds/Wii U, and now in Ultimate) (We need more Mario Kart representation besides the stages) or Electricity Mechanical Arms (Mario Sports Mix) (This is a made-up name I said, but I'm sure Nintendo (and Sakurai) would come up with a better name than me) (Waluigi would charge at his opponent(s), in the same way Wario does after he eats garlic but before changes to Wario-man, and just shot multiple balls to his opponent(s) with four mechanical hands he created, and in the last hit, it would be a hard KO)
Lost animation (2nd, 3rd, 4th):
Waluigi's clapping animation from Mario and Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games when he comes in 4th place
Victory Poses:
1st Victory Pose - Picks out a rose and spins with his right leg raise to his head, and ends with a pose (in reference to Mario Golf: World Tour when he got an eagle)
2nd Victory Pose - Waluigi's victory pose from Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour (when he gets an eagle)
3rd Victory Pose - Waluigi's victory pose from Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games and Mario & Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games when he's in first place (he dances and shouts "Waluigi number one")

I don’t mind people having their own ideas of course, but I’m just wondering if you actually watched, or if you just wanted to spread your own ideas around on Smash related content that involves Waluigi.

I can just see the reveal trailer now:
It's the DLC Fighter Pass 11 reveal. We begin with a collage of all the fighters up to that point, with one blank spot at the end. Zooming into it, we find ourselves on the Battlefield stage. A lone warp pipe comes out of it, bookending the initial "Everyone Is Here" reveal trailer. The infamous joke character pops out, entering with the following splash:
**WALUIGI ASSISTS IN THE BATTLE.**
Meanwhile everyone else is staring dumbfounded, all simultaneously realizing "Dear Lord, this idiot actually got in..."

His Megastrike works well as a final smash, but I personally prefer the idea of his special shot from Tennis Aces, especially considering that he was literally made for tennis.

The 4 Champions from The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild and their Gimmick would be changing forms.
Mipha would be a Lancer, Daruk would wield his sort of axe, the Urbosa would use her sword and Revali would use his Bow

I feel like waluigi's up b should be his super in strikers where it can latch onto the stage and it would pull him upwards dealing any damage if he hits anyone in the way, if you use it onstage it would just be a little swim in the air which could also hit the opponent. His final smash should be Waluigi's pinball were a bunch of pinballs roll across the stage hitting a bunch of opponents in the way
TBH I don't think Sakurai is keeping Waluigi an Assist Trophy to spite the character or his fans, like many players have decided. I personally think it just fits Waluigi as a character; Waluigi is the exaggerated doppelganger of Luigi, the eternal understudy, and as such Waluigi always gets the short end of the stick. So representing him as just missing the spotlight in each Smash game, but still being in each new installment makes sense from a character perspective. That being said, even though I don't think they'll break the Assist Trophy rule in Ultimate, I'm open to him being playable. I just wish his supporters were a little less death threat-y about it--

Some good ideas here, but a lot of these are just him using sport accessories that aren't really exclusive to him, and there's more to his character than that, and I think the only one that'd fit him is the Tennis racket, considering he debuted in Mario Tennis, and he's even seen with a Tennis racket as an assist trophy.

HellJumper I can understand that. I was going more to have a cross combination of a character that is exclusively in those spin off games to represent that, while combining them with the character’s personality as a whole. I did want to include more stuff that’s Waluigi exclusive, but he doesn’t have a whole lot, and what he does have I don’t think would flow well into a Smash move set. At least not in my opinion anyway.
@@BrawlFan1 Well, in many of the spin offs he has been in, he has shown the ability to swim majestically through the air as if it were water. He has a kick so powerful that he defeated Bowser with a single one, and his ability to curb stomp the player into the ground in Smash. Also, he's a very good dancer, so he could have some moves to reflect that. There IS stuff exclusive to him. You just didn't look deep enough.
@@Dalvory The swimming thing seemed a little off for me, and there was no real good way I could think of anyway to incorporate it. I also gave him plenty of kicks in his arsenal. I made his aerials dance moves, though I will admit that I would fix some of them up, probably to be more reminiscent of the tricks he does in Mario Kart. And the Assist Trophy attack I also used for his Down Throw. I do a lot of research for each character I do, but sometimes there actually just isn't a whole lot to them, or at least not a whole lot that can be utilized into a proper Smash moveset, at least one that's appealing anyway.
Waluigi's most unique asset is his personality. So I felt the best way to represent him was to give him a moveset that best showed off that personality. The moves I gave him aren't unique to him no, but he uses them all in a way that is unique to him, and I built the moveset in a way that I feel best fits to Waluigi; Mischievous, chaotic, and over all rage inducing. While at the same time also have him represent another important asset to Nintendo, the Mario spin offs. Mario Party, Mario Kart and the Mario Sports games are titles that aren't well utilized in Smash out side of a few stages or an item here and there. Waluigi is a character who only appears in those games, where as all other characters (even Daisy) are represented in other Mario titles outside of those spin offs, so Waluigi really is just the best fit for them.
Big thing about making these videos for me is that they're all only my personal ideas, that doesn't mean I think that these HAVE to be the moves, it's not like I make Smash. I welcome hearing other people's ideas, and I would love to discuss about them, and people have already shared their ideas. Some I really like, and others not as much. It's all a matter of opinion.

What is their theme,Traits,Playstyle and attributes though?
To explain here are some character examples I found.
In order for Further backdown think of the essence of who the character is and how the would fight
Steve - Creative Craftsman
His Playstyle would be Balanced + dynamic: well rounded abilities with few glaring openings, and the means to alter said abilities if the situation called for it
No gimmick
Skull kid - Eldritch Trickster
His Playstyle would be Mix ups/Hit and Run
No gimmick
Lycanroc (Dusk) - Feral Earth
it's Playstyle would be Bait & Punish:
Lockdown Dynamic ( enhancing )
Gimmick - Setting Fury
Certain conditions will induce a temporary induce enhance state that speeds up your attacks
Why am I "spamming" this? Well it's for a few reasons.
1: it shows different perspectives and ideas of how each person thinks (place character) will fight.
Plus it acts like bonus content
2: doing this will Notify people that someone replied. As the check the video to respond they found your choice and ideas very interesting, thus granting a greater chance for a Moveset
3: maybe not everyone Subscribed when they first watched so this could give Brawlfan1 a second chance for more subscribers without needing to do much.
4: I have nothing to do or any friends so this is what I do on my free time

His neutral b should act similar to game and watch's judge attack but when the block is hit it explodes after showing the number. The higher the number the bigger the blast and the more damage and knock back but it take longer to explode

15:01 I think the only times when Nintendo associated Waluigi with Wrecking Crew would be his theme in DDR Mario Mix (Destruction Dance) and his kart in Mario kart DS being the Gold Mantis. Destruction Dance is a remix of the bonus theme from Wrecking Crew and the Gold Mantis is just an excavator. The weird thing is this: both of these games (DDR Mario Mix and Mario Kart DS) came out in 2005. SO idk what it is about Nintendo making these obscure Wrecking Crew references in 2005.

here is a pretty unpopular opinion.
if he's not dlc then giving walugi an f smash reflector be unfair.
a lot of people say his f-smash should have a reflector, but here,s what i think..
in smash 6, if they don't buff peach and daisy to have an f-smash that reflects, i don't think that should happen..
you know, this is based off my opinion. since waluigi is a very iconic character to the mario series, and has not been in any smash game so far.. it may be fair to give him something a little special. you know, i still do think they should change peach and daisy's f smash to reflect projectiles like ness's f-smash, because you basically are knocking something back with a golf club and a tennis racket.
do you all think the frying pan should reflect projectiles? i don't think so, i actually think it should deflect, but whatever 😅
if the smash team every thinks of giving walugi a tennis racket for an f-smash or, whatever, i think it should have a special ability, like super armor that works on weak explosions. that is if it already doesn't have the special ability of reflecting projectiles . but if they want to go even farther, make him a BROKEN character, then maybe he should have the ability to spike with his f smash near the ledge, working similarly to k rool's u smash. but i think the animation should actually sort of make sense to make this a spike, like bayonetta's down smash, making a foot appear, stomping opponents, and.. spiking.

Just so you know, as a BIG Waluigi fan myself, those people who Smash fans always say harass Sakurai over Waluigi, there's only been like 2 or 3 cases of that. (and almost every popular fighter choice has had those people) Sorry about those people, however.

A problem is that a good chunk of Waluigi’s popularity comes from not being in Smash. Despite having people actually having respect from him, he might end up being forgotten if he entered Smash. Maybe Sakurai actually loves him and wants him to be in the spotlight.

While I'm not sure if he will ever be in Smash, I kind of feel like as the last character, or even an unexpected bonus joke character, Nintendo and Sakurai will half-heartedly reveal Waluigi ready to battle, just to complete the whole Mario franchise family, with sheepish grins all around.

I mean seriously, how does a Piranha Plant of all Mario characters get into Smash before this guy? We've gotten pretty much every main character in this game series except for Toad, Toadette and Birdo, surely Waluigi should be next. Hopefully, one day he'll fulfil his dream. Also, I nominate that either his stage entrance or one of his taunts have him say 'Waluigi Time!'
