Regarding the available time for the project, in my case, with software for Web development it’s great not to have a tight deadline so that I can deliver something very high quality.

I didn't get any job until now on upwork, I sent proposals to jobs, then I didn't receive any reply from clients, I modified my overview, my portfolio

Your channel is amazing and is helping me a lot. Now I have a question:
When doing proposals in Upwork, I´m a bit reluctant to give to clients ideas about how to improve their projects or solve their problens. I´m afraid they could get my ideas then hire a cheaper freelancer and says to him "I want you do this (my idea I told him in my proposal)." I would be very disapointed if I gives the solution and the client don´t hires me but hires another much cheaper freelancer and makes him apply my ideas. What is the chances of a client having this bad behavior? Should I keeps giving good ideas and solutions in my proposals, or just says "I can do it. Let me solve your problem."?
Good question Chessart - I would allude to it in conversation, like TwinX said, and add on, "but that's something we would definitely discuss more on our project kickoff call assuming we go forward"

Hi Evan iam kinda still using an Android phone because I have not yet gotten a computer....so is it possible to apply for hourly contracts with my phone
You need upwork desktop app to dowoad a timer app that tracks the hours you work on a project. Yes, i think you will need a computer. Maybe, first consider doing something different and buy a good compatible cheap laptop 😊😊

I spent months building my portfolio and improving my skills just so I could freelance mainly on Upwork. I created my account yesterday and when I was adding a billing method today, my card got rejected and Upwork suspended my account. They told me to add a new card for my suspension to be lifted which I did and it worked but my account is still suspended. Worst thing is because my account is suspended, I can't talk to a support agent. Can you suggest anything please, I don't know what altenative to use because Upwork is the best freelance site out there and I'm just afraid my account is gone for good.
That's really the only thing you can do - talk to Upwork support
