Most companies expect java with react or angular combination and also they look for aws or azure or some cloud experience . If you have talent you can earn gud money in software field. Yes, stress is increasing day by day and growth is on stall if you are not upgrading or not moving to companies. Forget about AI but if you can quickly adapt to any new skills then you will survive in any job not only IT. For Freshers and Campus hire, I suggest try to grow as quick as possible not in money, I meant in higher positions. Change as many companies as possible but don't skip in every year or six month. My suggestion would be better to follow your passion and skip IT jobs, so much stress, likely to suffer from health issues. And no peace in life, if you are stuck with family and can't make decisions.
