Hey Koushik, I love your videos and you are doing a great job in educating people with tricks and tips.
I have one dis-agreement on your apartment thought process. People can take apartments from respectable builders, there would be an autonomous community development and management in large communities. If the building is not suitable after 70 years, all the residents would get together to fund for building a new state of the art structures suitable for that generation. There will be a shared construction cost for it, but with the new regulations, they can raise more floors and target for more flats which can be sold and residents can benefit from that. Also, residents can sell their new flat for a much higher rate now. It’s more like a community living option for people who love social lifestyle.
We just need to think about the flat to land ratio, water availability and congestion in area. There are other factors we need to consider while choosing a good community lifestyle. You could make such a video on how to choose a good flat if you think you can only afford an apartment. Apartment living will come with a very good lifestyle (pool, gym, community areas, sports etc.,) for the money you are spending compared to an independent house. And it’s not as bad as we think in long run as well
