Interesting channel. Anxiety is a real tough one, I used to get panic attacks if I was pressured into a social situation. Pretty much all stemmed back to a number of negative situations in childhood, as well as a small genetic component. Also had some paranoia that any time I heard someone laughing I thought they were laughing at me and I'd get very angry/nervous. Got over it now but it will reappear if I start slipping on my exercise, diet and sleep routines, which can be a very dangerous downward spiral but as long as I am disciplined I feel fine.
