This is astounding. Such beautiful artwork. I had no idea that you could introduce color like this. I can't wait to try these and some of your other leaf designs. I've been baking bread and pizza doughs for 10 years and sourdough for 5. Scoring is my latest challenge. There is so much technique and finesse to it. What my family loves is just the fact that I'm filling the house with fresh bread all of the time, no matter what it looks like! I'm starting to experiment with baking breads in my wood fire oven but that definitely has a steep learning curve. 😂 Regulating temperature and flame is an art just in itself. I'm glad that I found your channel because you are a very good instructor and I've already picked up some great nuggets of info that I'll be trying this week. 👍
