      Thanks for including that detail. I was wondering what a good starter weight was as I’m considering buying a KB…I don’t think I’d go higher than that there if I’m doing many reps. Thanks for the videos…if I need to reference for clean form in my sets when I’m trying new things you are the go to man! Peace and respect to you sir.

    Hardest workout for me so far...all strict.....45 mins 23 secs. Mentally I was crying like a baby but I pushed and finished it. When I think of all the people I know who are no longer with us and would love to be here doing this....I've got no right to be giving up.....they can't do it so in some part I can do it for them. Keep pushing on everybody 🙏🐺💪

    A great workout ..I have been doing versions of this for the last 10 yrs or so since I stopped going to the gym!! Oh swings..pushups....bodyweight squats is my usual version....at times I substitute or add crawls in the mix!!!! As a 68 yr old geezer I still handle a 55 lb on on swings.....this guy puts out quality non meathead no nonsense training advice!!

    Bought this for my youngest to develop basic form for single hand kettlebell work. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxtaDAl93XF8wxJhssTtjIFjzid82wglva It has a nice grip on it, just a little rough so it isn't slippery. I was doing a few rotator cuff exercises to test and worked well for those movements I'd been doing with a regular dumbbell. Cool thing you can do is hold it in your hand for door-knob turns to work the forearm and grip. Note: it's small, almost all handle, but that's what I expected given the weight. Smallest I've worked with before is 15lbs, so it was kind of funny to see the difference 10lbs makes.

    I DID IT!!! I incorporated them into my weightlifting. So instead of resting during bench press, incline bench and cable flies...I did the latter. I went up to 10 and come back down. 30lb kettlebell. I am sooo excited 😆. I watch you ALL THE TIME. I finally attempted one of your workouts. Thank you for the challenge!

    Dude! I’ve been following you all year and love your calisthenics workout. I just bought a kettlebell and was wishing you had kettlebell workouts too. Other TH-cam channels have baby ass workouts that barely make me sweat. I hope you continue to use kettlebells!

    I added pullups to this and I’ve came to 13. used 20 kg dumbells for kettlebell swings. and I switched pullups with dumbell shrugs after 10th set for trap development. a great workout! I’m going to complete all 20 sets next time. thanks iron wolf you became a huge inspration to me and your workouts are really helping me at my mma class.

    Been focusing on calisthenics and kettlebell work since March. I am 100% sold on them. Have added a weighted vest now and burpees since last month. In my humble opinion. I feel like I don't need anything else to hit my goals, maintain them, and to stay healthy. Thank you for all your advice, motivation, and ideas.

    I still 20 pounds over. I'm gonna start going to my recruiting office everyday from here till my ship date. I know one of the Ssgt. In the office follows iron wolf too and he'll throw me some of GySgt work outs. We may do this one maybe he's last work out. I love the Ssgt. Because he tells me if I've seen iron wolf last video and have i done it yet. Thank you for another amazing workout to get smoke.

    The back is to go, the front is to show - very wise thought. With weak spine muscles you can't do nothing, you can't work nor fight.
    I think the best body weight spine muscle exercise is eight count bodybuilders.

    Did this again yesterday 24Kg kettlebell. Did 1-20. Then did up and down 2,4,6..20. 410 reps of each. Tough but good.

    I competed in KB sport during 8 years. These days I just do 500 swings a days with a 24 one in the morning before going to work. Nothing fancy, nothing sexy but I like it.

      @@krzysztofp7846 Nothing special to be honest. If you want to get stronger, I don’t think it is the way. But if you wanna have a balanced body, it is a key exercise.

      @Alex Gemi If you run and do basic bodyweight stuffs, you’ll be lethal. Not big, not skinny, but a fighter type of shape. But to be able to do that, its important to kill our ego and accept to train on long sets (10,12,15 sometimes one our sets) with light kettbells. I had won a few titles before my coach allowed me to touch my 32 kbs for the first time. Its endurance, not strengh. That’s the key notion.

    You are beast. I tried your , JUMPING JACKS, BURPEE, SIT UPS and LUNGES. I did 10 series of 10 REPS each. My goal is 20 SERIES 20 REPS EACH

    What you could do which would make it more complete is a 1 burpee 2 gob squats and 3 swings going up like a ladder. so 1 2 3, 2 4 6 etc etc more complete workout.
