I love the variety of these grinders - did my first one ever back when the first Covid lockdown hit (thats when i found Iron Wolf) - never looked back - still loving the burpees - this man is an inspiration
Gave myself a 5min head start before pressing play on the video to see if I could stay ahead of wolf, ended up holding him off until the second to last burpee set. Dude's conditioning is next level, but even if you can't keep up you can still push yourself to get all the reps in and go at your own pace
Hey Iron Wolf! Yoy inspired me to get back into a real workout routine, I just completed 200 hundred burpees and my goal is to condition myself to do 1000 burpees in an hour and a half like you did on your older videos. Thank you for doing what you do. ❤
I trust Wolf in full and when he offers some supplements, I know that they are good. He is using them and wants us to take them . As a result we can see great performance and nice body shape
Massive thanks IW for sharing with us your training and programming. You are helping a lot of people, you have been helping in all sense, menthaly and phisically, since the pandemic. Again, massive thanks!
Massive thanks 🙏 IW. I did the work out today, Saturday night, before having dinner with family. It was hard but at the end it feel sooo goodddd 💪🏽🔥. Salute from Argentina.
Hit this off twice, first with weight vest then another without. I felt my legs more with the weighted vest but my core was getting exhausted on the second. Definitely brings this to another level
Hi Art. I took your excellent advice from yesterday’s short video about making my own PT grinder and did almost the same routine you put together today! Awesome! Plus, I’m shouting out those 6-count burpees like you told us. You’re the reason I’m in the best shape of my life today at 49 years old. Salute!
A friend of mine bought a Peloton, psyched and ready to jump back into the fitness ring; used it once or twice, and now it's collecting dust. If your not motivated to move your own body, a machine won't do it for you. Calisthenics is the body being able to go anywhere at anytime and get an unbelievably effective workout. Where the body goes the mind goes.. That's the power of Calisthenics and being disciplined. Looking good Iron Wolf. Salute to the Wolfpack
I have doing this routine for a couple of weeks. I am 54 and the best I can do is 34 min. Working on 28 getting to 28 minutes. This workout is awesome. Keep up the good content.
Indeed a grinder for sure. At the end I decided to do 50 pound kettlebell swing (the only heaviest kettlebell at the base gym) and Superman's. Decided to hit everything 💪😁
I have not been working out for a very long time, since I had covid. This is something I'm looking forward to be my routine for a while. I hope I'm able to complete it for a good few days so as to get back into that momentum of being the petson I was before everything went "fuck all"
The perfect workout to push me through not wanting to get it done this morning. Now it’s done and I’m energized for the day ahead. Thank you for packing so much into 30 minutes! I love burpees too ( and Mt climbers actually haha) !
Just tried something like this with students, lasted 6 sets, I see you did 8 sets. We did it in 30 too! On the right track! I got a pullup bar and just hit 10-15 rep with the stretch at the bottom throughout the day, couple sets when I wake up, when I get home work work, and before sleeping. That's at least 50 reps per day, that's my pull work for the whole week, Adds up to like ~350 pullups a week or something.
Yeah we do strict military burpees no wired jump we don't do that here!!! Definitely a grinder these workouts grind me down to dust! Few reps shy or behind on the grinder rounds.
Am I only one who thought this was a good "quick" routine before the day starts; only to be like "o when will it end 🥵🥵🥵😩💦💧💦💧🚰🚰🚰🚰🚰?! Never gets easier only stronger 💯💪💪🦵💥. Art you're THE BEST
These workouts are a portal to elite fitness

Got this yesterday. Great intensity
Love the grinders and long cards! Doing these frequently really are a tester!
Also, I’m happy for you that you became a Crossrope athlete. I bought my heavy ropes a couple months ago and they are kicking my ass!
Ist the lenght adjustable?
Hit this off twice, first with weight vest then another without. I felt my legs more with the weighted vest but my core was getting exhausted on the second. Definitely brings this to another level
Thank you Art for leading from the front!

Did only 15 burpees in between. Even then really tough. Will keep coming back to this😅
Perfecta rutina gracias Iron Wolf, si no hay enemigo interno el enemigo externo no hace daño.
23:55 only love
Did it until the Mountainclimbers with 15 burpees... I am done! Haha
Soon as I heard chest to floor I said whoops! Humbled.
I love it, I hate it, I love it, I hate it, I love it, I hate it...
Can I start this routine with less reps? I am unsure I can make it to 200 burpees I am afraid.. even though my ego is yelling at me "DO IT!!".
