I left my Zionist church in 2017 after 50 years once I learned the truth about Zionism and the Jews. I learned scriptures I had never seen before in my fifty years of being with that group It was obvious to me it was men who twisted the scriptures to fit their agenda. We all know Scofield played a big part in this promulgation of Zionism because he was well paid for publishing his Scofield study Bible and it became a far reaching idea that Christians accepted. Now it's just a mind control issue and no matter how many scriptures we point to they keep going back to the Old Testament and rarely quote anything Jesus said about the Jews.

I left those churches when I saw what was happening in Israel and the church told me as a Christian I am to stand with Israel. That troubled me . I always felt as a Christian I'm to stand with Jesus and pray for peace amongst ALL people. I started researching the theology and it was found in 1830 by John Darby in England and came to America. Scofield followed it( he had a very questionable past before and after his conversion). Instead of reading the old testament through the lens of the New testament they read it the opposite.

I also left Zionism only since Oct 7th, when the retaliation on Gaza was out of proportion. Have learnt so much truth about that day, the history since Herzl and intitially I lived in shock as the actual, ugly truth became apparent including the massacres based on race, that modern Christian Zionists support. It’s so disturbing to get my head around. It’s also frustrating to confront and try to explain to those “Christians” who are so entrenched, as I shamefully was. The Zionist lies are carefully constructed to twist as Rev Munther Isaac says to turn the “Good News” of Jesus, into the nightmare of those they horrendously dehumanise.

@jeffreywilheim5970 they are not Jesus own people, they deny him. They removed themselves from being his people by their own choice. Re-read the parable of the vineyard. The land was owned by GOD, the Jews sought to overthrow GOD and kill his prophets AND his Son. They broke their promise, whored themselves out to another god, tried to steal his vineyard, killed his people and tried to destroy GOD himself. Steal, kill, and destroy. Who is Jesus exposing them of being in this parable? Satan's seed. Jesus told them directly, those who will deny me before men, I will deny before my father...there is no get into heaven free card based on race, blood or geneologies, following Christ is the only way. It wasn't GOD who refused to accept them, it was they who refused to accept GOD, therefore they turned their back on their inheritance and whored themselves out. Those who follow Christ are the bride. They tried to replace GOD (their choice) and got themselves replaced (again their choice) by those who wrote the law on their hearts (GOD's choice and believer's choice)...which is open to anyone who does the same. This is replacement theology, but it is (their choice, not GOD'S. They used their free will to keep it or lose it, they made their choice.

The answer to your question as actually very simple. As a Christ follower myself (x evangelical ) the North Americn church is steeped with dispensationalism, every seminary requires the teaching and the protection of the Jews as God's chosen people is taught in every Sunday school in the West. In other words, Christian evangelicals are brainwashed since childhood and as adults just don't know any better. It has taken me years vasalating back and forth on this issue before coming to the truth of Jesus Christ the temple returning to earth. I have lost many family and friends over this very topic. Wow! As an Orthodox Christian who daily debates with some of the 50 million Christian Zionist cultists in the U.S., I even learned some new things from this Muslim scholar, thanks for sharing! And you are correct about covenant theology, we just don’t call it replacement theology.
And I must add, when we are true students of the Torah like St Paul teaches us to do in 2 Tim 3:16-17, we realize
Jesus famous saying "love your neighbor as yourself" is a quote found in the Torah ( which both Jewish and a christian Zionists are ignorant of) in Leviticus 19:18.
One of the blessings of the Hebrew Scriptures is it explains how to love your neighbor. For example, it highlights a number of times the importance of taking care of orphans, widows and foreigners living in their land:
Exodus 22:22: "Do not take advantage of the widow or the fatherless."
Deuteronomy 10:18: "He defends the cause of the fatherless and the widow, and loves the foreigner residing among you, giving them food and clothing."
Deuteronomy 24:17: "Do not deprive the foreigner or the fatherless of justice, or take the cloak of the widow as a pledge."
Deuteronomy 27:19 (ESV): Cursed be anyone who perverts the justice due to the sojourner, the fatherless, and the widow.’ And all the people shall say, ‘Amen.’
    Psalm 146:7
who executes justice for the oppressed,
who gives food to the hungry.
    The Lord sets the prisoners free;
Isaiah 61:1 (ESV): The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me,
because the Lord has anointed me
    to bring good news to the poor;
he has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
to proclaim liberty to the captives,
    and the opening of the prison to those who are bound;
Jeremiah 9:23-24 (ESV): let not the mighty man boast in his might, let not the rich man boast in his riches, but let him who boasts boast in this, that he understands and knows me, that I am the Lord who practices steadfast love, justice, and righteousness in the earth. For in these things I delight, declares the Lord.”
We don’t have to be in love with the Palestinian worldview, but these verses highlight the moral obligation to protect and provide for the vulnerable members of society, including the poor, orphans, widows and even foreigners living in your land. Israel has shown no regard for the vulnerable members of society.
We’re not commanded to love only our kinsmen and those who share our worldview. Jesus gave us the parable of the Good Samaritan to explain our neighbor includes the foreigner with a different religion.

It is great that you try to educate Christian Zionists that their theology is messed up. The modern state of Israel is certainly not of Yahuwah (God). It is Satan's counterfeit. Over 90% of the "Jews" there are not descendants of Jacob/Israel, they stole the identity. "They call themselves Jews but are not". They stole the land that they have no lineage to nor history. They don't follow Torah (the Law, 1st 5 books of OT) and the Tanak (all of Old Testament); they follow the Talmud (oral traditions of men written down). The Talmud says Jesus is boiling in excrement in hell, it's ok to have s3 x with children, and since Goyum are like animals, it's ok to treat them unfairly and even murder them.
That country Israel is so obviously evil, that it boggles the mind how any "Christian" can stand with them.
I will post this video on FB in hopes of waking some up.

A recently restored truth is that Paul was a false apostle. Try not to quote him in your arguments. I have Playlists if you want to deep dive. I think your work of educating Zionists is extremely important. Thank you for doing it.
If and when you desire the knowledge of restored truth, so that you follow our Messiah Yahushua (Jesus) and not false "apostle" Paul, put Paul to the test. Some things to whet your appetite:
Rev 21:14 Only 12 Apostles to the end
Acts 1 Mattias replaced Judas. If could be 11 Apostles, then would not have replaced. If could be more than 12, would have selected both candidates.
Peter, not Paul, was made Apostle to the Gentiles.
Our Messiah is our sole (and soul) Teacher.
Deut 13 says test the prophets. This extends to Apostles after our Messiah came.
Rev 2 Church at Ephesus tested Paul. Conclusion: Liar!
Paul wrote to Timothy that all of Asia had turned against him. (They didn't turn against our Messiah, but against Paul.)
Rev 2 and 3-- the letters to the 7 Churches are in Asia. If Paul was a true Apostle, then our Messiah would have rebuked them for rejecting Paul. Instead he praised the Ephesus Church for doing so. He could not name Paul directly because then Revelation would not make it into the Canon.
A voice in the desert claiming to be him (Yahushua) would not be. When he returns, every eye will see him. It's never ok to eat meat sacrificed to idols. Research Benjamin wolf prophecy -- fits Paul. Warnings about Pharisees. Paul was both.

If the jews and Christians say that Islam is a false religion, they are also automatically saying that their religions are false as well. In the bible, God made a promise to Hagar and Abraham that he would make the descendants of Ishmael a great nation. Arabs, descendants of Ishmael became a great nation only through Islam. When the world was drowned in polytheism of the trinity, Islam restored the pure and strict monotheism of abrahamic faith. The Bible says that God will bless those who bless Abraham. The muslims are the ones who bless Abraham most daily in every prayer.

    • @michelemoneywell8765
      @michelemoneywell8765 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

The Trinity is a false Doctrine that Christians came up with later. The Son prayed to the Father-- they are separate Beings. There is only one Most High Eternal God, and God is a family. One family. We currently know of 2 members. Our potential is to become a member of that family. The only way is via the Son, Yahushua (Jesus).
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God (the Father) and the Word was God (a member of the God family). The Word became flesh and dwelt among us.
Did our Heavenly Father send another Son to the descendants of Ishmael? Or use a man for His purposes? Or does the devil raise religious leaders to turn people away from the Messiah Yahushua (Jesus)?
We are not to worship the Son, only the Father.
Before blood sacrifices were needed to pay the death penalty for sin. The sacrifice of the Messiah payed that penalty for all mankind.
Paul was a false apostle and brought a lot of false teachings into the Church. It makes sense that Satan would infiltrate the Church from within and twist the teachings of the Messiah. Not everything Paul says is a lie because then it would be too obvious he was a false apostle.
The Holy Bible has fulfilled prophecies that prove it is from the Most High Eternal. The writings of Paul are a test-- will we follow Yahushua (Jesus) or follow Paul? Other false leaders will arise. Will you follow them or follow Yahushua?
"Seed" is one of those words like "fish" that can be singular or plural. Abraham's Seed that blesses the world is the Savior Messiah, Yahushua.

Jewish Rabbis gathered at Jamnia (Javneh) after the destruction of the Jewish temple (70 AD). At this 'council' of Rabbis (most likely) devoid of a temple would finalize (canonize) their Scripture as a response to the growing sect, called "the Way". They decided to exclude believers in Jesus as the Messiah from synagogue attendance. It is during this gathering where the Rabbis first and most probably included and recited the "Birkat haMinim" as a reference to the followers of the Way (Christians). This "blessing" is essentially a curse on heretics which forms part of the Jewish rabbinical liturgy. So, for a true believer of the Jewish faith Christians are considered idolators up till today.

Christ was entirely spiritual and non political. His mission was soul salvation not nation building. Any association of Christ with the ruler of this world is mistaken as Christ said , ‘’He, the ruler of this world, has no part in me.’’ And he meant no part, not just a small part; no part in me at all.

Yes. Jesus is not interested in the worlds arbitrary kingdoms. He is focused on God's kingdom. And how to live a life in that kingdom so graciously provided. That is the good news. And spreading the good news is why he came. Mark 1:14 and Mark 1:38. His lack of concern for people's kingdoms or politics is shown in Jesus being tempted by Satan and the 'give to Caesar what is Caesar's" episodes. Actually, Jesus views the people's world as corrupt and full of deception. Notably mentioned in John 14:15 and 14:27 and 15:18. Where the differentiation between the world, people's world, and God's kingdom is shown in John 18:36. It's all about the kingdom of God. And as mentioned in Luke and the Gospel of Thomas, it is inside and outside all of us.

Have you considered interviewing Mauro Biglino (Italian) and Paul Wallis (Australian), both translators of the most ancient sacred Jewish, Christian early books. Of course, the Vatican did not like the findings of Biglino and fired him. That did not deter him to speak of his findings and do more translation. Both are very eye opening.
Furthermore, I lived in Israel some 40 years ago and was very disappointed with the Israeli attitudes towards Christians. I have been searching for the truth ever since.
While there, one day I had a very interesting encounter with a man from India. One day I was travelling up the hills behind Haifa and found myself in a suburb very different from anywhere else in Israel. It looked like a north american suburb with well kept front grassed yard which was unusual in Israel; a few trees 3-4 in diameter near the entrances, so I figured this was a fairly new suburb. There was an Indian man standing near the sidewalk to one entrance looking at the ground taking a few steps left and then right as if he was waiting for someone. I immediately went to him telling him: 'I didn't know there were Indian Temples in Israel.' He said that he was not Hindu but Christian, that Jesus did not die in Palestine. He survived and fled with some disciples to India. Of course that was a big mouthful for me to hear at once. I did not contradict him but was not ready to question him about it. I thanked him and left. To this day I regret not having questioned him more. Since then I have seen and read that Jesus did spend time in the Far East.
His parents fled Palestine to Egypt when Jesus was about 2 years old because it was too dangerous for the family to remain in Palestine. (When you think of it, the dangers for anyone with the Truth living there hasn't changed to this day.)
Egypt was a hub of world and religious activities at the time. Alexandria was the most advanced city with sages, etc from all over the Far East, Middle East, Europe, etc. Even the Emperor wanted a library that would contain all the books of the world. The family must have met some Tibetan, Hindu, etc. Having learned to meditate with Indian Gurus I could understand that Jesus had to be in temples in the mountains of the far East and be with people who understood His teachings more than in Palestine. When you pray, you talk to God and He listens and when you meditate, you listen and God talks to you. That's why it's important to learn both. Later on I read a play, written by an Indian Guru, of Jesus before he returned to Palestine. In the story Jesus was very deep in thoughts because He knew what was awaiting for him when he would return ton the Middle East, that He would have to sacrifice His life to awaken all of us to the Light.
He came back to Palestine when He was 30 years old, so it is very likely that He would have spent a number of these years in parts of the world to prepare Him for his great role He was to play in Palestine.

I am so grateful for this message! Thank you!
I am a believer in Yeshua as the NT describes him although I would not call myself a “Christian” because I believe the term has been redefined. My pursuit is to learn, know, and believe in Yeshua and live / do what he did, for the purpose of loving the ONE Elohim and representing Him properly in this world. I do not believe in trinitarianism! I do believe that there is 1 Almighty Elohim, namely YHWH, called the Father in the NT. I said all of that to say this, this message on this presentation is absolutely timely and necessary to be proclaimed by any and every believer in the NT! I appreciate this message being spoken by a believer in Islam, but the true responsibility lies with those who claim faith in the Elohim of scripture and the Messiah Yeshua! Let me personally apologize to all Muslims for this so called “christian Zionism”! Those who believe such things are not anything like the scriptural Messiah Yeshua and do not believe what he believed or taught. The fact that such a term as “Christian zionism” even exists proves clearly that the term “Christian” has been redefined! The NT believers, called Christian 3 times in the NT were martyred by the Roman beast system for there faith. Now it seems that in modernity “Christian” has come to mean becoming part of the beast system that dominates the world becoming the murderers of anyone who stands against that beast system agenda! The truth these days is stranger than fiction! YHWH help us all!

The Bible exhorts us to not lean upon our own understanding. Do Christians remember this? It's to help us avoid confirmation bias. Meaning, to avoid interpreting information in a way that supports ideas that engage us emotionally. Over the ages, all kinds of people have used scriptures to further personal or political goals, it's self-destructive behaviour that will only lead you to one place.
Ultimately, it all boil down to one tenet: love your neighbour. There's no fine print or hidden meaning. Love your neighbour.

New Covenant Whole Gospel: How many modern Christians cannot honestly answer the questions below?
Who is the King of Israel in John 1:49? Is the King of Israel now the Head of the Church, and are we His Body? Who is the "son" that is the "heir" to the land in Matthew 21:37-43? Why did God allow the Romans to destroy the Old Covenant temple and the Old Covenant city, about 40 years after His Son fulfilled the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34 in blood at Calvary?
What the modern Church needs is a New Covenant Revival (Heb. 9:10) in which members of various denominations are willing to re-examine everything they believe and see if it agrees with the Bible, instead of the traditions of men. We need to be like the Bereans. It will be a battle between our flesh and the Holy Spirit. It will not be easy. If you get mad and upset when someone challenges your man-made Bible doctrines, that is your flesh resisting the truth found in God's Word. Nobody can completely understand the Bible unless they understand the relationship between the Old Covenant given to Moses at Mount Sinai and the New Covenant fulfilled in blood at Calvary. What brings all local churches together into one Body under the blood of Christ? The answer is found below.
Let us now share the Old Testament Gospel found below with the whole world. On the road to Emmaus He said the Old Testament is about Him.
He is the very Word of God in John 1:1, 14. Awaken Church to this truth.
Jer 31:31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
Jer 31:32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by husband unto them, saith the LORD:
Jer 31:33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
Jer 31:34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.
Is the most important genealogy in the Bible found in Matthew 1:1 (Gal. 3:16)? Is God's Son the ultimate fulfillment of Israel (John 1:49)? Why has the modern Church done a pitiful job of sharing the Gospel with modern Orthodox Jews? Why would someone tell them they are God's chosen people and then fail to share the Gospel with them? Who is the seed of the woman promised in Genesis 3:15? What did Paul say about Genesis 12:3 in Galatians 3:8, 3:16? Who is the "son" in Psalm 2? Who is the "suffering servant" of Isaiah 53? Who would fulfill the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34? Who would fulfill the timeline of Daniel chapter 9 before the second temple was destroyed? Why have we not heard this simple Old Testament Gospel preached on Christian television in the United States on a regular basis?
Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, man-made Bible doctrines fall apart.
Let us now learn to preach the whole Gospel until He comes back. The King of Israel is risen from the dead! (John 1:49, Acts 2:36)
We are not come to Mount Sinai in Hebrews 12:18. We are come instead to the New Covenant church of Mount Zion and the blood in Hebrews 12:22-24.
1Jn 3:22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.
1Jn 3:23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.
1Jn 3:24 And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.
The following verses prove the Holy Spirit is the master teacher for those now in the New Covenant.
Jer 31:34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.
Mar 1:8 I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost.
Joh 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
Act 11:16 Then remembered I the word of the Lord, how that he said, John indeed baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost.
1Co 12:13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.
1Jn 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.
God is not now a "racist". He has extended His love to all races of people through the New Covenant fulfilled by His Son's blood at Calvary. The Apostle Paul warns against using "genealogies" in our faith in 1 Tim. 1:4, and Titus 3:9.

Everything from Genesis 1 to that marker verse is part of the Covenant. It is still to be observed. It isn't a burden. It is written in a believer's heart, and he has a Helper, the Holy Spirit.

The aforementioned critique suggests that the event never happened, as the armies in that region didn't use elephants in battles anymore by the time of the invasion, and also by the fact that the logistics for the amount of water consumed by the elephant would make it virtually impossible to bring an elephant to Mecca. Could you please bring a muslim scholar to adress this kind of objections to the traditional islamic narrative?

As a Catholic Christian it is clear and has been from the beginning, there is no need for a Temple ( the Curtain of the Temple was ripped the second Jesus died indicating God leaving the Temple. Secondly Christians believe in the New Covenant and that All People are now the People of God. Accordingly the very concept that a Jew ( or anyone else) would need to return anywhere is Anathema ( from a theological perspective) you can worship God anywhere in the universe. Yes some places may have a historical significance (Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Lourdes or Rome or wherever), but there is no one particular place on earth which is holier than another. The concept of Christian Zionism is a mishmash of weird ideas of American Protestants - and there are tens of thousands of different “ denominations” so no one knows what they believe. From a standard Christian theological point of view once a person is baptised they become a Christian… whatever they were before gets washed away and they become a new person ( Traditionally people are born Pagans and only become Christians upon baptism) . You could drop a highly radioactive nuclear bomb on Jerusalem or Rome or anywhere … no human could go there for a million years … it would have no effect on traditional Christian theology. Remember Christians believe that we are all pilgrims in this world, our real home is with God, and if we die in Gods Grace we shall be with Him and at the end of time get a new body. Unlike other religions Christianity has very few “rules”, and most of them are pretty standard for any culture ( don’t kill, don’t commit adultery, don’t steal, don’t lie etc). You can eat whatever you want you want, drink whatever you want dress however you want ( the only major one is you can only have one spouse , unless the previous one is dead). So a Christian can fully be part of any society. A Christian is supposed to ( which is difficult) be identified by how they behave ( love your neighbour as yourself). In short Christian Zionism is an American phenomenon , and remember Americans believe in “ Manifest Destiny “ that they .. Americans … are the greatest Nation on Earth … unfortunately Americans will realise ( just as all empires, Greek, Roman, Caliphate, Mongol, Spanish, British, Soviet) that their time will come to an end…

Zionism is based in Lurianic Kabbalah, introduced to Israels' founding family through Jacob Frank. Kabbalah was formed during the occupation of the Iberean Peninsula by the Moores who were Muslim. Islam has a long history of mysticism. So now the circle between zionism and Islam is complete.

That is very different from any man made religion. Through his grace and mercy we can truly understand love. Whether you believe that or not is one thing, but you can’t say the message is the same…all those things you mentioned are fruits of our belief….in other religions they are of the belief that doing these things will bring you closer to God…when in actuality it will not, but being closer to God will certainly bring these things out of you

I would like to remind the World that what scholars like Dr. Bart Ehrman, Dr. Ali Ataie and others are doing is criticizing all that went wrong with Judaism and Christianity. It's NOT about Submission ONLY to God(Allah) without associating partners with Him in worship(e.g. Trinity) or worshipping other deities(Islam). To understand Submission ONLY to God(Allah)[Islam], we have to start with Adam(pbuh) and Eve(Hawa-Gbph), Noah(pbuh), Abraham(pbuh), Ishmael(pbuh), Isaac(pbuh), Jacob(pbuh), Joseph(pbuh), Moses(pbuh), Jesus(pbuh) to the last and final messenger Mohamed(pbuh). The scholars are only explaining what went wrong and not what should be studied as Judaism or Christianity that will lead one to Submission ONLY to God(Allah) without associating partners with Him in worship(e.g. Trinity) or worshipping other deities. For Muslims, it's okay if you don't know all this. It's all about what went wrong.

@@snowymountain9305 You're very close to understanding Islam. God(Allah) is One(as in One in One) for all people. There is No "God of the Bible", "God of the Quran", God of the Torah etc. God or Allah is One(as in One in One) Trinitarian Christians mistakenly call "The Father of Jesus". Christians and other non-Muslims wrongly assume that Allah is "the god of Muslims". You're right that Jews sometimes call The Creator(God/Allah) "Hashem" and the Christians "Jesus. Hashem is one of God's Attributes. It doesn't translate as God or Allah. As you aptly put, Muslims don't have a name like Ali, Bob or John for The Creator. As a Christian and someone who has studied classical civilisations I concur. From a purely historical perspective at the time of the Roman destruction of Jerusalem and Judea there were 5 main “sects” of Judaism, Sadducee’s, Pharisees, Zelots, Essenes and Christians. All except the Christians and Pharisees were wiped out. With the exception of Christians ( who believed the Messiah had come) the other 4 sects had a problem .. without a Temple they could not perform the required sacrifices! Christians used the Septuagint ( Greek) version of the Old Testament which ironically was created in Alexandria in about 200BC. The Pharisees ended up in a place called Jamna. The Pharisees had a problem in that how do you explain how the Temple could be destroyed if the Messiah had not arrived. While Christians continued to use the Septuagint version of the Old Testament and added the New Testament - by 120 AD, and had defined its doctrine by 300AD. The Pharisees ( which became Rabbinical Judaism) created the Masoritic Text in Hebrew only in about 700AD and the Talmud in 700-900 AD. So in essence the version of the Bible used by Catholic and Orthodox Christians is far older than the Rabbinic version ( which is also used by the Protestants), also the Creed used by the Catholic and Orthodox Christians is far older than both the Talmud ( 900 AD) and the Protestant creeds ( which were only created in 1500-1600AD). Everything revolves around the destruction of the Temple by the Romans in 76AD … for Christians it was evidence that Christ was the Messiah and that the Old Covenant ( which required sacrifice etc) had been superseded by the New Covenant ( which is simple Love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind and soul and Love your neighbour as yourself). For the Pharisees the destruction of the Temple was a disaster that had to be explained ( by means of the Talmud) …

one correction on an excellent take down of CZ ...btw I'm a Christian. The term "replacement theology" is also an oxymoron. The CZ's who attack other evangelicals use the term as a catch all to accuse them of "anti semitism" ..another faux term and misrepresentation...all Palestinians are semites...The LXX has 77 uses of the word Ekklesia in the OT. Church and Israel are therefore synonomous ...so the "church" doesn't replace Israel. The New covenant replaces the Old but the Church doesn't replace Israel since Paul in Ephesians says emphatically that gentile believers are in the commonwealth of Israel

This is from the Injeel concernin* the Temple Mount
Then Jesus said: "This is true, because I am assured of it by God. Therefore, that every one may know that this is the truth, in the name of God let the sun stand still, and not move for twelve hours!" And so it came to pass, to the great terror of all Jerusalem and Judea.
And Jesus said to the scribe: "O brother, what seek you to learn from me, seeing you have such knowledge? As God lives, this is sufficient for man's salvation, inasmuch as the humility of Haggai, with the charity of Hosea, fulfils all the Law and all the prophets. Tell me, brother, when you came to question me in the Temple, did you think, perhaps. that God had sent me to destroy the Law and the prophets? It is certain that God will not do this, seeing he is unchangeable, and therefore that which God ordained as man's way of salvation, this has he caused all the prophets to say.
As God lives, in whose presence my soul stands, if the Book of Moses with the book of our father David had not been corrupted by the human traditions of false Pharisees and doctors, God would not have given his word to me. And why speak I of the Book of Moses and the book of David? Every prophecy have they corrupted, in so much that today a thing is not sought because God has commanded it, but men look whether the doctors say it, and the Pharisees observe it, as though God were in error, and men could not err.
Woe, therefore, to his faithless generation, for upon them shall come the blood of every prophet and righteous man, with the blood of Zechariah son of Berachiah, whom they slew between the Temple and the altar! What prophet have they not persecuted? What righteous man have they suffered to die a natural death? Scarcely one! And they seek now to slay me. They boast themselves to be children of Abraham, and to possess the beautiful Temple. As God lives, they are children of Satan, and therefore they do his will: therefore the Temple, with the holy city, shall go to ruin, in so much that there shall not remain of the Temple one stone upon another.'
