the flavour is in the sauce. You don't over season something that is going to be served with sauce. Do you overly season your fries that you're gonna dip into the sauce of your choice anyways? It would just be overkill. Also sugar enhances the flavor and there is already salt in the potatoes.

Then roll out giant put Mozzarella covering then cover the mash potato ubset aside then more Mozzarella top. Then pinch sides to close cover. Pan fry etc Then slice like cheese sticks. I have tried doin smaller ones. For me only tried once smaller But seemed cooked more evening dough inside 1 giant one. Then dip honey added flavor. But do like i did just compare recipes online most pretty similar.. Seems korean in title uses cornstarch Where as if just says potato bread etc uses bread flour often. Anyhoo hope helps

it's not smart because butter has a much lower smoking point, so it would caramelize and eventually burn before you get both sides crispy You could pre-fry it in oil till it already is slightly golden and then finish it off for 1-2 minutes in butter

I made these with instant potatoes and it worked perfectly/ was delicious. Also, they are amazing when sprinkled with cinnamon sugar!
