1 Potato and 1 egg!! Quick breakfast in 5 minutes. Super simple and delicious potato recipe
Ingredients and recipe:
Grate 200g Potato into thin slices
Squeeze out the water
Put into the bowl
1 Egg
Add 50g mozzarella cheese
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Mix well
Divide into 4 parts
Olive oil
Cook for 3 minutes on medium heat
Flip over
Cook for another 2 minutes on medium heat
Done!
