INGREDIENTS
1/2 kilo ground pork
4 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon pink salt or prague powder
1 teaspoon white pepper
4 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup ice cold water
cooking oil, for frying

Sa mga walang idea kung san bibili ng curing salt, meron po sa shopee. After ko to panoorin nag search ako agad don and luckily may ilan nag bebenta. If you wanna know the shop where I bought it, shop name is Rotalie.

As far as I know, when you apply pink salt #1 (Prague Powder #1), you need to let the meat rest for at least 12 hours so the nitrite will turn to nitric oxide (safe to eat, kills bacteria that causes botulism). If you cook/steam the meat too soon, like less than 12 hours, the nitrites will turn into nitrosamine -- a highly carcinogenic substance.

Yung praque powder o pink salt marami niyan sa grocery. Kasama sa mga spices section at minsan sa mga baking section sa mga harina. Yan rin gamit pang tocino o choriso
