    Matagal ang video but for me hindi sya boring,, perhaps, nakakatuwa si nanay,, ok yung pagka detalyado nya.. Good job po.. Salamat,, now I know na, pink salt pala ang need dyn, and not the ordinary salt na gamit ntin.

    Tumpak Nanay Esie! Para nga lang nag steam ng ground pork pag walang pink salt, kaso considered preservative na rin kasi yun db kaya hnd ko nilagyan yung tinry ko kahapon.

    mix ninyo po muna lahat ng ingredients except yung meat. tapos tsaka ninyo ilagay sa karne.

      okay po. ilagay sa water bath ang mga molders..set the oven sa mahina lng 220°F bake po for 3hrs..😄

    Sallamat po sa recipe ng spam or luncheon meat .ppaano walang pinksalt dito sa roma italy .ano ang dapat kong ilagay imbes ng pinksalt.

      Pink salt/prague powder/ salt petre po tawag sa curing salt. Kung pambahay lang naman yung gagawing spam and icoconsume kaagad, no need na po gumamit nyan.

      i showed to ways on how to cook home made spam
      The First one is I baked it at 250°F for 3 hrs. The other way is i steam it for 45mins for those who doesn't have oven.. ☺️

      Naku pasensya na di ko pa na try Ang 2dyas hanggang 1day lng tlg ako mag cure minsan nga 5-6hrs lng pero same lng Ang effect. Thanks for watching 😍

      sa food processor po pwede di ko pa kse natry ang mixer pero sa tingin ko pwede din..
