We're back with another smartphone camera comparison with the OnePlus 9 and the iPhone 12 to see which smartphone is capable of capturing better photos and videos. The OnePlus 9 technically has much better hardware than the iPhone 12, but Apple has always had an upper hand in previous camera comparisons when matched up against OnePlus. Will the result be any different this time?

After looking at a lot of photos, I can say that clicks were *NOT SHOT SIDE BY SIDE*, there is a major time difference. Example 2:17 See the cloud positioning

People might like OnePlus or not but it's pretty obvious that they made huge improvements with the cameras, this time around you can say you're not sacrificing camera module on a OP phone even with the base model.
Surprisingly close. Overall I'd take the iphone. But there were cases where OP had a better shot.
Actually surprisingly disappointing from the OP. Prices of these phones are very very close to consider the iphone the more premium but the camera is way better than the OP. It's pissing a lot of people off how op is behind every phone priced similarly every year... Out if these let's say 50 examples there were like only 5 photos that were better on the op...

Since this video came out the updates on the OP9 have really improved the selfie camera and saturation on the rear cameras. Be fun to see an updated comparison since now the OP9 has been optimized.

Wow I am impressed, the OP9 killed it with few exceptions. Even the selfie camera and most night shots! I am quite surprised as I thought the OP9 selfie was not that good, and the lack of OIS would disadvantage it more. It seems like this happened in a couple of shots, but most were better than the iPhone's (less noise, better managed light source halos)! Very interesting comparison.
Image processing on iPhones are great, they do better than large mega pixel cameras on other phones, 12 MP is more than enough for a phone, what is important how does these pictures look not how large they are. Im might get the OnePlus 9 Pro but i like the iPhone camera

That's ultra-wide of OnePlus 9 is just awesome. iPhone 12's ultrawide is just trash for low light and nighttime, way to noise and grain. If 9 has the OIS it could have been pretty compatible with 12's main camera. Surprisingly 12's video was lagging where the 9's one is smooth!!

video starts 9:00 the OP9 is so steady than the IP12
It seems like the iPhone did better overall except for at night. I think in most cases with photos and videos at night the OnePlus did a bit better with some exceptions. I will say I picked up this one plus 9 5g phone for absolutely free from T-Mobile so I'm not going to lose any sleep over it LOL
So the OnePlus 9 boast a 48mp camera and a 50mp ultra wide. I did some digging using spec software and found out there's a 64mp camera. But for some reason, no way to use it
The OP9 is better in eliminate shadows
9:00-10:00 the camera stabilization and detailing is much better on Oneplus 👍
I think the right side should be the OP, not the ip12, video on ip12 can't have lag like that
@@cuongmanh368 nah that's iPhone i can literally tell that by looking at the color tone also it's more wide which 12's ultrawide is compared to 9's, the lag probably happened during the editing.

Iphone 12 dynamic range is good and night mode looks natural where oneplus nightmode looks very artificial.

If I can get a good photo and highly stabilized 60 fps video out of a phone, I'm good. 4K has yet to become a sticking point, especially for a front-facing camera. All you need is 1080p, good lighting and a decent portrait mode.
In some of your shots the oneplus 9 lens is dirty
