    1.) Oneplus 9 has a 1080p display like the S21
    2.) Oneplus 9 has a plastic frame

    The Option of 8k30FPS and a smoother 4k video recording experience in OP9 sounds Cool,but the overall image processing algorithm is better in S21 as you said and that shows the expertise of samsung in mobile camera department

      Doesn't matter when the menu navigation on the S21 is AWKWARD and cannot be changed. You have to swipe up to get the icons then LEFT or RIGHT to scroll through them. Worse, the direction cannot be changed. It's awkward and difficult. I wish my old 5T hadn't died. I will never use Samsung again after my contract expires.

      @@OT4Tech This is true for both companies… What concerned me about Samsung’s promise is the wordings on their website…
      news.samsung.com/global/samsung-raises-the-bar-for-mobile-experience-innovation-committing-to-three-generations-of-android-os-upgrades
      In the note 1 they have mentioned the update availability and schedule vary on several factors… So software updates might be available depending on the unit sales, market, etc… So this is not really a promise for each device since it can change anytime in the future… I’m not criticising anything but just saying basing a purchase decision on this might not be a good idea…

    Both are really good phones with top spec hardware and software. If you need a result, it will depend on the personal taste. Do you want a larger display or not? One UI or Oxygen? Price may also play an important role. Good deals will follow at the end of the year. Both phones are not 700-800 USD phones. They should be around 500-600 USD level.

    Did you know that it's possible to enhance or desaturate the colors from the original or natural ones but it is impossible to bring the original back from a saturated or desaturate ones. You get what I am saying? If you didnt know or forgot what the original looked like, you can never bring an image back to its original form. But from an original form, you can always make changes in anyway to please your eyes. So you tell me which is more preferable or important or more useful, the original natural color OR the saturated eye pleasing color.

As for the s21 I like it as well looks good feels good not as much weight as a regular Oneplus 9 has and I like the camera. Final verdict I’d try the Oneplus 9 first but that’s me I don’t have to wait 1 hour plus to charge the battery the Oneplus gets all the way in only 35 to 40 minutes and has less bloatware to deal with

    Samsung still lags in software optimisation compared to OnePlus. S21's face unlock is so bad it takes at least 1 second for me to be still, as if I'm taking a selfie, and even more when the condition is not ideal. OP is virtually instant. Also, bringing up the camera mode from screen off in S21 is just so damn sluggish compared to OnePlus. OP is definitely snappier and this is very important for in everyday experience.

    🙋‍♂️ Oneplus does not use aluminium frame. its wiseversa with samsung., S21 - Metal frame & Polycarbonate Matt Back and OP9 - Polycarbonate frame and Glass back. I hope its same around the world.

      Hi. I hope you and your family are in good health.
      I am planning to purchase oneplus 9, but I’m seriously confused between S21 and OnePlus 9.
      It’d be helpful to me if you could share how your oneplus 9 has performed so far.

  • @moodybugg-2098

    I've owned both. Let me say.. the oneplus is my favorite phone hands-down. Over apple 13, s22, the oneplus is faster, charging is crazy fast. After a year of use.. still perfection!
    Best phone! Oh yeah, I also had Google pixel 5&6. Still oneplus is best!

    Oneplus 5T came out in 2017. I've owned it since day one with Android 7.1 as the stock version. They barely support it until Android 10 and there was a whole lot of software issues (including battery drainage) With android 10. I would say it's a whole lot of baloney when they claim 4 years of support.

    Your Geekbench score for the S21 is wrong. No way it scores in the 500's with the snapdragon 888.

      I ran it multiple times and every time it’s similar if not the same as to what is shown. From what I understand Oneplus is over clocking their SoC which is why the overheating is happening where as Samsung is underclocking to avoid this.

    Yeeeaaaaa but the 1+9 can only do up to 128g storage with no expansion. The s21 you can get it with double. This wouldn't be much of an issue for me if I could have a micro SD card but you can't in either.

    I don't see how the OnePlus is better at customisation then Samsung you have good luck with the combination of the Galaxy theme store which is optimized extremely well for Galaxy devices to the point where you don't need to have custom roms and stuff or third-party launchers icon packs Etc to the point where you still see Samsung aesthetic but the dope thing you just picked out and u see it throughout your whole phone so Samsung crushes everybody on the Android side in that the department and security yea samsung have everyone beat in that department

    • @OT4Tech
      @OT4Tech  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I stated in the video it’s because Oneplus allows for all of that customization out of the box where as with Samsung you are required to download good lock and other apps to go along with it. For people that know nothing about good lock they will not figure that out until later. Plus, good lock can be a bit confusing to the average user. For more advanced users I understand but even then flashing ROM’s can be done on the OP9 by advanced users and offers more customization across the entire experience.

    • @lilrell804
      @lilrell804 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@OT4Tech I don't know why samsung don't have good lock pre-installed at this point yes u are right I don't understand why u got download stuff but as far as customization the galaxy theme store is a out of the box type stuff I feel like Sammy does it better Farmers flooring looking at the customisation in one-plus compared to Galaxy it's just underwhelming and lackluster
