    BUBUR JENANG GRENDUL. GLUTINOUS RICE FLOUR PORRIDGE
    Ingredients:
    200 gr glutinous flour
    500ml coconut milk
    1/2 - 1 tsp salt
    I used 8 tbsp white sugar in stead of palm sugar
    200 ml warm water
    2 pandan leaves
    1-2 lemongrass
    Praparation:
    warm the coconut milk
    salt
    pandan leaves
    100ml - 150ml water
    stir
    remove the leaves if the taste is strong enough
    set aside
    let's make the balls
    glutinous flour
    add the luke warm water bit by bit
    mix
    kneed by hand until you get a soft dough
    add some flour if the dough is still wet
    make small balls
    mix 3 tbsp glutinous flour with water
    boil 1 ltr water with the lemongrass
    sugar
    salt to taste
    add the balls when the water is boiling
    give it a stir so they won't stick together
    cook until the balls are floating
    add the flour mixture while stirring
    let cook for 15-20 min on low heat
    keep stirring - the mixture will become thick
    check the ball if it's cooked through
    yes, it is ;)
    if it's bubbling like that - it's done
    let's serve
    pour the coconut milk on top
