    125GR corn meal or flour
    25gr corn starch
    125gr palm sugar
    400gr coconut milk
    add the coconut milk
    corn meal
    mix
    palm sugar
    corn starch
    mix well
    press the palm sugar loose
    salt
    patience is required here
    keep stirring on low-med heat
    add hot water
    keep stirring
    check the taste and if it's cooked through
    more hot water
    continue stirring
    you can see thats it's getting cooked
    it will start bubbling when it's almost done
    when it no longer sticks to the side of the pan,
    it's done
    transfer to small bowls
    let it cool
    run a knife around the edge
    flip over and serve
