The key to Parisi’s century-long success, however, is the bakery’s bread, which should be the main attraction no matter what sandwich you order.

It pisses me off when people eat sandwiches upside down. It isn't the sandwich that was prepared for you. Guy Fieri is notorious for that.
The bread looks dense for my taste. I think I would want it scooped.
