She makes a really good point- I used to substitute spinach for iceberg lettuce on my subs (for the difference in micronutrients, with iceberg being pretty empty), but I noticed that there was a huge difference in the experience of the sandwich- that hollow, refreshing crunch of the shredded iceberg lettuce really helped the sandwich not be so damn DENSE every bite. She has an incredibly valid point about how the structure of the ingredients changes the texture and overall experience of eating a really good sandwich.

Best sandwich in NYC is a chicken roti at Trinciti on Lefferts Blvd in Queens.

That spot is so mid,especially for the Italian- their meats are not high quality, it’s standard corner deli level- how is she even qualified?

It pisses me off when people eat sandwiches upside down. It isn't the sandwich that was prepared for you. Guy Fieri is notorious for that. The bread looks dense for my taste. I think I would want it scooped.

I agree with prosciutto not being that good on sandwiches. It works sometimes but I've put it on my own sandwiches before and it just didn't work.
