I’m feeling really discouraged. Just graduated from a university in Michigan and the only thing holding me back is passing my teacher certification test.. I feel like I know the material well but I struggle picking the correct answer because there are multiple answers that seem like they could be correct.. the mttc is making me more and more nervous that I won’t be able to teach ever due to passing this test.. any tips or suggestions?
I am sure you know the material but these tests can be daunting. It is much more of performance than an actual test of knowledge. I would add... make sure you have the right mask before walking into testing and keep it on! I had to “produce” a mask last minute because the one I had was not acceptable (mine had a vent and filter). I was also told that if they notice that mouth and nose were not completely covered, they will stop and cancel the test... the proctor came twice to check on me... talk about distraction and stress added... I earned a “not pass” of course.

I would add one more use the bathroom before starting the test. It sounds silly but why have to think about it. Just adds stress.
