Well done Nidge not the first to get caught by the hidden surprise on those and i just love sneaking one of those dual tension springs in training locks, intended to be anti bump but they totally change the feel even in a standard euro!
Had no key for it so would have had to back shim it and that would have been just as hard not knowing about the offset pin, sometimes you just get lucky and hit the right thing as you are moving the pick in and out. That's the good thing about having a naughty bucket and keeping on trying stuff from it

I like that you weren't tempted to gut it before a long struggle, you must've been wondering what the hell you were missing
