@@papapsych2746 some citys you could shoot them in town but most in the north of the state.
The southern part of fl has way more people.
The fwc did take them out for years quietly. But peta found out about it and started lawsuit all the time causing delays and money issues.

Just to make it clear a monkey does not and cannot bread like rabbits. If a female has the opportunity to give birth once a year, she is considered lucky. At that, she only gives birth to one child, very rare for a monkey to give birth to twins. Fact: They do travel in troops just like an army of soldiers but in no way whatsoever do the breed like rabbits. Just so you do not sound “STUPID” I would read and make sure of thoughts before you actually post a comment. I do believe that even children know they only give birth to 1, at the most 2 babies just like humans.

He said LOOK LIKE PEOPLE? I think they have a bigger problem with inbreeding amongst humans down there than they do with the monkeys.

Why people get so nutso over monkeys. They're us, same greed, same hunger, same motivation. People who snap judge to kill them, you're a coward..

Macaques are not chimps, people need to stop making that comparison. They're an invasive disease carrying vermin who need to be culled. Thankfully I don't love in Florida and they would not survive where I live as the winter would do us the favor and kill them off. Japanese Macaques are a different story but these filthy Macaques are a very serious issue.
Let's hope PETA kills more of them than they do our pets every year since they want to protect an invasive disease carrying species of monkeys.

Do your research on Macaques before making that insulting comparison.

Just let them live!!! You can't keep killing animals because they are not tame, caged ,and not what some people want around..but we shouldn't be killing these wild animals..we should learn to adapt like the animals are trying to...

      I agree.
I don't think they need to be eradicated because they really aren't causing trouble to the ecosystem like the hogs and pythons do

@@Doom_Squid_Son & so were the Pythons "fine" in the beginning years ago and now??? They have no as in none for predators; carry diseases; and can seriously hurt humans both adults and more so children as well as pets as well as be very destructive to buildings, cars, trucks and such. So let's revisit this in 10+ years and see how "fine" they are then?

@@marlinmr7 m8 the monkeys aren't like the hogs or pythons.
They are more like the peacocks.
They are non-native but not really causing any trouble to the ecosystems.
Right when the pythons came, they were immediately causing trouble to the ecosystems.
      There's a difference between the 2 animals.
Plus, pythons literally eat gators, while the monkey wouldn't stand a chance against a gator.
