      Just even connecting with that idea has much value. Like eating, it's a process of trying things and gradually coming to an intuitive understanding of what is best for us individually. Stay curious and keep on exploring movement in the ways that feel nourishing to you!

      That's awesome, Drew! I always say the moves don't need to be perfect straight away but there's always room to refine and redefine! Keep exploring!

      Exactly! It's not getting older so much as it moving less. Daily ground movement goes a long way to keeping the joints healthy & muscles supple!

    I don’t care what you call your movements, that was fun! In fact, that was the funnest, bestest movements flow I’ve ever done. 😊 definitely like being a kid again, might as well use some of the words from childhood 😂 I’m getting ready to do day 5 of you 10 day free trial. I’ve been using your videos for a few months now and I can feel the difference. Thank you so much. I’m curious about the difference between your app and your website, which one would be best for me

    • @MovementParallelsLife
      @MovementParallelsLife  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The app is great for DIY workouts, but the MVMT // LFE Collection on my website is what I'm focusing the most on right now. For people who love my YT channel, it's definitely the go-to place to expand from ground movements to many other ways to train & move. Thanks for all your support!

    I had a bit of trouble keeping track of the flow today but kept moving, flowing, and stretching in the basic pattern. It felt great but I'll have to watch again without trying to follow along right away

    • @MovementParallelsLife
      @MovementParallelsLife  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes! Exactly...get the general idea of the movement and then explore it. I am not the standard, the goal is not perfection. Keep playing and stay curious and the movement will evolve to what it needs to be for you.

  • @StankaKordic

    I love this practice, but do you have tips on really sore wrists doing this?

    • @MovementParallelsLife
      @MovementParallelsLife  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The heart of this practice is giving back to your body. In movement, your body is giving you constant feedback, pain & soreness is an indication that some area needs attention. In the case of wrist pain (very common), try including some of direct work to stretch the hands & strengthen the wrists. See this video for ideas: th-cam.com/video/P4q7IYkZQLM/w-d-xo.html
