    As someone who lives in the Netherlands, I’m jealous of those routes you run at. Hills is something that I miss (grew up in Portugal) and I always run in some hills whenever I go to a place that has them.
    It’s impressive (not in a good day) how you miss your fitness when running uphill.

    Do you see running on such trails that your shoes get damaged and wear out quicker? if so would it be better to run in trail shoes?
