Was hoping for more vlogs!! Absolute crusher also - what's your opinion of how many SL calf raises a runner should be able to do to say they have healthy calves? 50 is a lot.. but 70 is insane. I used to focus on heavy weights (barbell, 100lbs?) but never trained enduro... and still have achilles issues lol
