I absolutely love my 54. I have 6 3/4" wrists and it fits just so well. This watch and my BB 58 GMT are the two I wear 90% of the time.

Im tired og people talking about losing money on watches. If you like it just buy it and enjoy it. Just like you buy a new nice bed or a new big TV. It's the same thing. You buy to enjoy it for many years.

Personally, I’m not a big GS fan. But this one is killer. It’s the only GS that I’d consider adding to my collection. The 19mm lugs pisses me off though. Its almost a deal breaker

Hello, just wanted to let you know, typically with bosphorus leather if you contact them they will most of the time honor any requests you have. Even if it's your fault for not letting them know your wrist size before purchase their customer service is quite good and will most likely send you replacement pillows for free. I had this issue with my first box that came with a free travel roll. The box pillows were fine however the travel case pillows were way too big, they sent me a completely new watch roll free of charge and they had me keep the original. I'm sure you can get replacement pillows for your roll and or a completely new roll. :)

I have a small collection (Seiko, Citizen, etc.). My favorite is the 1978 Seiko Quartz (4336-8019) in near mint condition that I received for my 1980 high school graduation. But the SBGM 221 is my dream. I’m starting a savings account specifically for that watch.

I have a bb58 blue and debated on selling It after getting the call for the no date sub (only 2 pieces). The Tudor is such a good traveller that doesn’t draw too much attention and can still take some rough play. Still on the fence

Looking to nab one of these for my 30th birthday. Really liking the look of these. Especially the smaller slimmer profile. Looks like the perfect lifetime watch for me. Either that or a true vintage Rolex sub if I can find one.

Absolutely beautiful! The AD in my city does not have it in stock. I just watched a lot of reviews on TH-cam and judging by what I have seen on the screen, I already fell in love with this watch. I haven't got a chance to see it in person but just ordered it from the AD. It will arrive in one to three weeks. I am very eager to see it in person! During my visit to the AD, I also had the chance to try other GS models and in particular I found the Mistflake very attractive too. But I decided to pick up this one first. Perhaps I will get the Mistflake some time next year. The very popular Snowflake and White Birch are also amazing, but can't buy them all. I think I will be happy with just this GMT and the Mistflake.

Tudor is a weird brand for me. Ive owned 2 and sold them, really liked the overall quality. First one was a black bay pro, and that was so good. But whenever i had a Tudor i always had the thought at the back of my head that it's just a wannabe rolex (which is OK). Id love to have the black bay pro back. 2nd Tudor was the BB burgundy (new on rubber), had a spec of dust on the underside of the crystal. it was just so noticeable. I think Tudor make some of the best value watches and the quality is great, really good bargains preowned and very easy to move if you get bored. But i've never kept them...

The BB54 is a great looking piece, but for a true Diver the Pelagos 39 do the Job much better! :)

I went to my AD with the intent of putting my name on the list for a Mint Green DJ. After spending some time looking at other watches, I feel like my next purchases will be the Black Bay 41 Anthracite and Cartier Santos with the black bezel. The DJ was underwhelming while the BB just felt like the better watch.

Great looking watch. My next watch was supposed to be Santos de Cartier in medium, but something happened, and I ended up buying Tudor Black Bay Harrods Edition. So my next watch is definitely this Cartier but still debating whether I should get it in white or green dial. I keep going back and forth. White is so classic but green is nice too with the applied indices and sunburst effect dial. Which one?

I only got so far into the video but you could stroll through Wormwood Scrubs (Category B prison in London) and no one will be interested in a Tudor! 😂

I had a no date sub that I sold and kept my SMP because the sub was boring and I didn’t like the Rolex stigma, but that datejust is EXACTLY how I’d order it if I was gonna get a new watch. So beautiful.

Try wearing a Rolex with precious metals in full view and you will probably have a different experience. Try searching for the BBC documentary "Rolex Rippers". I'm from UK but I live in a village about 2.5 hours from London. I don't visit London unless I need to because it's dirty, crime ridden, expensive and polluted. I literally don't know why people want to visit London when there's so many nicer places in the UK. And yes, I can wear my gold Rolex in full view without issues around where I live.

Around April/May on my last day visiting with the mrs a middle eastern guy tried to pick pocket my back pack while I was taking a photo of my mrs eating a bagel in a bagel shop with plenty of cctv around , good job I felt it and told him to F...off, only to notice the thief had opened 1/4 of my bag zip good job nothing was stolen. I was just surprised with all the cctv, and he had no masks or anything. He had the balls to try and steal from me? During the whole trip, I was already well aware of thieves staying vigilant and trying to blend in as a local, but it just depends if you are lucky or not at the right time and place. Kinda put me off from London, plus it's too expensive, so I won't be going there for a few years. I would rather go to Edinburgh or something 😂 In the end to your answer is a big NO. I wouldn't bother wearing anything expensive on your wrist. Just stick to a smart watch does the same read the time. Only wear an expensive watch if you are going to a special fancy event with plenty of people you know to be safe, but if traveling on your own walking around with a Gold Rolex no sleeves your just asking for trouble. The bb Tudor to me doesn't really count as it kinda looks under stated so yeh maybe its ok to wear that same goes to the explorer 1 but anything gold or blingy like a full gold day date or even a pepsi your asking for trouble

What’s a roadman for us Americans?

Never been to London. How do you identify roadmen? In Sydney its easy to identify lads and eshays. Look for the mullet hairstyle, Tommy Hilfiger and Gant tops, shorts and sneakers.
