    You do a good job explaining all the different types of home sites, cost, and amenities. I really like your videos. But what about doctors and hospitals. With all the people moving to these areas, are the good doctors coming as well? Might be a good video.

    Thank you for your great videos! I plan to move to the area in the next couple of years. I am single and it will be my retirement community. Have you thought of doing a video for people like me? I love New Braunfels and the surrounding areas. My mom lived in Fredericksburg years ago and she also lives with me and my kiddo who will have just graduated from high school.

      Thanks for watching AND commenting Michelle. The daily double! You're looking for something maybe smaller lot, less to maintain outside?

    3:22 just be aware according to that article "TxDOT is still in the “corridor studies” phase, and work may not start for another 10 years"
    But to be fair there appears to be ways to avoid most of the 46 traffic if you're heading north towards Gruene and Creekside.

    • @raadalawanrealtor
      @raadalawanrealtor  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes sir you are correct. You can take Alves or Olekers to Creekside. But a lot of people do the same around mid afternoon
      Maybe a video on shortcuts. But then they wouldn’t be shortcut secrets anymore 😂

      @@raadalawanrealtor This why you need a trusted advisor such as yourself who can tell you, yeah 46 and 35 is a mess but you can get around that this way. The one place I would not want to live is one of the dead end streets off E. Common.. you're going to need to take mindfulness courses to deal with the summer traffic 😁

    What do you think about Voss Farms? We have a contract on a home there Lennar gave some wild discounts on.

      Voss is ideal b/c of its neighborhood school and other schools nearby, and I like the pool with splash pad for the kids. It's more established, yet still developing
