Many thanks Joe. This ol' codger spent three weeks in hospital in July and now find myself back again after emergency surgery. This is not a reach out for sympathy, just the opposite, it is a hand out to say Thank You. During days of discomfort and nights of hospital tedium your videos have been a beacon in the darkness and keep me looking positively at being back on the bank when conditions and health permit. They are as important as the next fishing mag edition used to be and frequently more informative. Thanks again Phil.
I tried it last week on a mixed lake ,but the worms were absolutely on there last legs most were dead and starting to rot ,well give it ago and I came 3rd beaten by 7 oz ,,if they were fresh I am convinced I would've won 😮will try again next match with absolutely fresh bait 😅
Great little method Joe. I can see this working well in the winter months using both small and big bits of worm as you showed. I would think that using dead Red Maggots would work as well as a change bait. Cheers
Hi Joe Worm soil and blood are brilliant attractants in their own right. If you keep fish, introduce washed chopped worm at one end of the tank and the worm blood/guts at the other and watch the fishes reaction….. I've tried it and let’s just sayI bet you won’t throw the blood away again!
great video mate. I found a venue with brown goldfish in it (total mystery how they got there), I used to fish with corn or maggots but at $49 dollars for a pint maggots are a tad too expensive. I'm gonna try this method, with homemade brown crumb tomorrow...worms are way cheaper.

it's comments like this that make the hours sat in this tiny room editing videos at night that make it worthwhile :)
This is a fantastic video. I fish like this myself on a couple of venues and it works so well for the good skimmers.
Keep up the good work mate.
Brill glad you enjoyed 👍🏻
Awesome video Joe. Have learnt a lot from this. The far end is a deal breaker
A great fishing video.
Nice job.
Loved it, nice one Joe…and what a great flask 👍👍🎣🎣
Glad you enjoyed it
Hi Joe, another class tutorial, im a juice in guy, if waters clear i like to add abit of worm soil just to put a bit of cloud in.👍

Nice how did it get on?
Hi. I don't pole fish but wondered if this would work on a cage feeder ???(
Absolutely it’s great in a feeder
@@MatchFishingFilms will give it a try and thanks for a great video
Hi, if your landing net mesh is not to large tip the worms in it and wash them off in the water, just a quick tip.
👍🏻 works well. The issue is when that bark stuff is in there and the water gets that off lovely as it floats to the top 👍🏻
@@MatchFishingFilms I meant to put the landing net head into the lake or river, then all the bark etc floats off.
Good morning Joe
Good morning!
thx
👍🏻
Joe do you do teaching days
I don't, but we are looking to do something with NuFish :)
Thanks , hope you do soon
I thought the worm juice would be a great attractant 😮
It can be for sure. But I found for this method it’s best to get rid of it
Hi again, is there a best time of year to use this method, eg, does it work through the winter, thanks.
Yes it works year round :) fantastic in late summer and autumn though
Morning Joe
Hello Martin
Morning.
have you been talking to the master will R
No but I know he loves this tactic 💪🏻
Why not use some soil from the worms? It's got to be attractive to the fish
I would on rivers for sure. But think on venues that see pellets you need some fish meal personally
