Smaller shot are far from easy to use unfortunately. Have you tried slot shot or styles? They tend to be easier to use as they’re normally softer. Also being an oblong shape they’re easier to handle. 👍
Hi not sure if I can help you with that one. Might be just a hunt around your local shops that sell floristry items as the cylinder is sold as a glass vase here.

Hi mate, Set up sounds good to me. So long as it works for you that is the main thing. Stick to your 11 mtr its more than enough id of thought for most places. You could always chuck a waggler or a small feeder/bomb for your longer line. Sounds like your doing bob on with elastic choice. :-) As for MIddy they are still around. The original owners retired and sold the company. The new owners have annouced they hoping to have everything back up and running in March. They have been posting about stuff on Facebook.
Brilliant, thanks Scott
Very welcome
cheers scott..very informative i wondered what they were
Welcome Mark, and thank you for the comment :-)
The smallest shot I can use is a no.8. Anything smaller I find impossible to handle.

I put line through & use my kettle to trim my floats in .

Thanks for the video. I make my rigs up using a Rigmate and check them directly in my water butt. (Obviously, no good for your demonstration)
A water butt is perfect for checking rigs 👍👍

Your very welcome. Top tip in getting back is to keep things simple. Prep at home so your not wasting time on the bank. :-)
