Note from someone old enough to be your grandfather: I'm so glad you let us into your life. These are tough times (fires, politics, you name it) and you shouldn't feel ashamed or weird if it all gets to you. Running for your life to get away from a fire would freak anyone out.

I could listen to you talk all day. What you experience is so interesting and exciting. At the same time, there's something so pleasant in your voice. Swimming with bull sharks wouldn't be on my bucket list, but who can claim to have experienced that! It's cool in retrospect. Btw, I love the sound of you saying Utah. 😂 ❤
Ethan: I can think of no one before you who as been able to spend 12 minutes "complaining" in a video while drawing an audience of over 11,000 viewers to watch him do it and geting over 1800 "likes" and over 400 positive comments from that audience. good rant. 6:40 i was 12 when Jaws came out. I went from being Otter Boy growing up on the beach in Florida, to never getting in a natural body of water again. also, pools: i saw a movie when i was a kid about a killer who grabbed a woman in a pool, pulled her under, and hand cuffed her ankle to the drain at the bottom of the pool so she couldn't reach the surface. it was terrifying.
I know there is some confusion around who I’m traveling with but I’ll be addressing that in my next video. This video was pre-filmed so that’s why I didn’t address it :)

Will you be visiting Logan Canyon in upstate Utah? Very beautiful and it terminates at Bear Lake, also beautiful. Lots of camping areas.

Bull sharks will swim up rivers and creeks; they have been spotted in the Mississippi River at St. Louis! The infamous 1913 shark attacks off New Jersey involved likely a bull shark; instead of swimming in the ocean, some teenaged boys swam in a creek (probably thinking that was safe) and two boys were killed by a shark that had swam up the creek.
I am so glad this is the only video like this..... I stayed because of what came after this one.

Hundreds of people here in Key West go snorkeling in the ocean every day... and yes among sharks. They're mostly curious. They'll come check you out, get bored quickly and meander away.
Sharks mostly feed at night, so we don't go swimming during during hours of darkness.
Plus, it's my understanding sharks don't really like the taste of humans. Apparently, within the shark community we're considered bitter.
I don't always like the taste of humans , either!!!😂😅🤣

Be Careful! and keep Milly {Millie}, not sure, keep her close to you and keep your car keys close too, in case you have to tear out of there in the middle of the night in a hurry!!!! Watch the sky at night also for UFO's. Keep your camera close and get some binoculars, night vision are best for UFO spotting ....You will experience something. Everyone I know has. Good Luck.

me and my current husband, ( i just love introducing him like that, lol! ) did the van life … “E-L” but then decided to plant 🌱 roots so we just bought a home🏡 … i know you don’t know me and i’m sure you get this often but please be safe out there … luckily for me, i have a #USMC as my personal bodyguard. and of course please keep your 😘🐶doggie safe, ( side note 📝 walmart and/or truck stops seem to be safer at around 2/3 a.m ). much ♥️ love & respect ✊🏻

You should check out arches national monument. That's in easternmost Utah, I think south of I70. If you intend to go back to Wyoming, there's a great road that goes over the Uinta Mountains.
Colorado National monument is good too, it is over the line in westernmost Colorado.
Ethan rant all you want but remember this you are 18 years old in a van traveling around the country leisurely making a lot of people jealous including me doing what so many other people would love to be doing right now instead of what they are doing. Enjoy yourself you keep sending the videos but the great scenery

We had Hurricane Sally hit us here in the Gulf Coast so I have been off line a few days. Good to see you post a new video. The fires in California are horrible. Utah has so many beautiful places to visit. Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Arches just to name a few. Be safe on your travels and happy trails to you, until, we meet again!
