I went there last year for a friend’s birthday.. it’s a nice quiet spot in downtown Indy.. I had the catfish,it was good. The atmosphere is great and they have a live band upstairs
When I went to Blankus I met the young lady in the red dress Latoria. She has a lovely spirit. She definitely has a elegance about her too. She is lovely like that to EVERYONE❤
I’m tired of hearing about the salt. Sounds like you eat too much salt but if you want some, ask for a salt shaker and spring on your own. I’m sure some restaurants don’t want to oversalt their food. After all, if the customer wants it, they can put extra salt on it themselves. Get over it.

Before I pass City judgment I decided to do a little research on who you were add your credentials for reviewing the service and food of various restaurants quite frankly I don't think that you have any well I may or may not agree with your professional opinion and professional I'm not sure is a word that should be used, I think it would be in your viewers best interest to try the restaurants for themselves and make up their own minds I wish you continued success and only have one suggestion if I may instead of trying to perpetrate someone with knowledge and class perhaps take a few classes on proper etiquette when dining out smacking your lips between each bite is neither professional or in good manners. I feel like black owned spots always miss the mark with ambiance and the spaces always look like someones tacky remodeled basement from the mid 00s. How are huge TVs in random areas "luxury." The HomeGoods art and furniture isn't "luxury". Putting "Luxury" in the name of your establishment doesn't make it luxurious. Imagine a 3 star Michelin restaurant doing that.
On the serious side, I feel like Joe’s wasting his money on producing any food products,ANY KIND. Perception is EVERYTHING and his is not favorable. Marketing has to be on point in order to work. I strongly advise him to do some kind of trial run before he invests in mass production. First give away a few and see how that goes- what the people are saying. It’s nothing worse than throwing good money out to bad.
