Great Job Guys, just to let you know I am out of hospital at last I had pancreatitis, first got ill on the plane going home so ive been ill a while. suddenly it seems like a life time ago we spent the afternoon together. Milton Week. Enjoy your UK Stay and we can catch up soon.
I'll be happy to be back in Florida next week and staying until the last Wednesday of February 🙂 (Can't exceed the 90 days maximum an ESTA allows me as that would definitely invalidate my Global Entry perks). Not exactly looking forward to going up north to visit my soon to be family-in-law in Illinois around Christmas, but that's part of the package I guess 🙂 We've done it for the last two years, and hopefully the weather won't be too bad up there 🙂 Delta has resumed flying directly from Amsterdam to Tampa but unfortunately I had already booked my flights with a stopover in Atlanta before those became available. I will be flying direct though in March on my way back to Tampa and then again in June and September 🙂
Hi Guys... good maintainance is so important... you look after your property really well. The "workings" of the pool look quite complex. Lovely to see Paul and Tom making a guest appearance... they're such nice blokes! All the best Neil and Ant 😊
We used to have problems with mowers cutting the grass slicing the pool cage so our HOA put wood chips around the cages so the mowers didn’t have to get right near the cage.
To do it right, you need to dig a trench and put 4 inch PVC drain pipe underground to properly divert the water away from your house. It should be done at every downspout and the pipe should be glued together, not just pressed together like the drain pipe you see at the big home stores. You could have it all drain somewhere past your back fence and towards the lake. I just went through all of this when I had the front of my house re-landscaped. Luckily for me, my very experienced concrete contractor advised me about how the drainage system should be done and he was right. The water all drains perfectly now about 30 feet from my house and ends up near the street.
I can tell the difference in the pavers. They look great. I'm sure you were glad to see BVC back to normal.
Yes we are thanks
A lot goes into the maintenance of having a pool, doesn't it.. great job putting it all back to Bazza Vacation Club 😂❤

Having a pool is a lot of work which I didn't realise 😊
So true! We had one for 15 years in Virginia, so we knew what we were getting into

Luckily, our cage is raised on a concrete wall

Hello Max n Bazza
How much does it cost a year to maintain your pool 😊
A good question , I would estimate $100 a month
We have a new pool and added a French drain. The drain is deep enough for the lawn mower to get over it.
All the way round ?
Be careful, ants will live under that rug
