Can anybody enlighten me if let's say I only want to drive a tuner car and I want somebody to do the tuning and other street mods, how should I approach it? Or should I even look for a mechanic/tuner? Should I study doing mechanic work and do the mods myself?

Which map option did you choose? I assume you were tuned at the "Full Send" option since you mentioned 33psi of boost. How is the drivability in traffic and with the AC on?
