    I had severe Neck pain, headache and earpain all three together. I used to take medicines every time..3 days a week this pain is compulsory...
    I thought this will not work on me . But Trust me friends,i followed this exercise.. Twice after fifteen minutes and I was absolutely fine...

    Amazing exercise for me. Since 2 week I was having bad neck pain I was not feeling normal . I was going through pain, dizziness, heavy head n tingling in left hand. When I did it 1st time it started working. Since 2 m doing these exercises m having little pain. 2nd n 3rd exercise r awesome

    Exercises on 2:50 helped me remove pain in just 2 days(it tends to last 30+ days). I did them around 5 times a day for 2 mins. And i did warmup before exercises

      @@sakshi9846 put the hand just as he did, and pull your head to your chest. You should feel the stretch right where the painful nerve is. I recommend doing it immediately as you feel pain starting to take place.
      Hot showers on the back off the head really helped me too. I found out that i could prevent headache by immediately showering my head and neck with hot water, as soon as i felt headache developing.
      Also, it could be that cold water might help you. Experiment for yourself
      In general i found that the beginning phase of headache is the key for preventing headache from developing into really painful one.
      I hope that helps somewhat, and sorry for answering so late.

    Dr..I was under the impression that in cervical spondylosis, u shudnt do any exercise which makes u bend ur neck forward bcoz already ur spine curve has changed that way....and I wascthinking for relief frm cervical spondylosis, u need to only take ur head backwards...Would u b kind enough to clarify ?

      First of all cervical curve is different for upper cervical and lower cervical. Secondly in spondylosis you need to strengthen muscles for stability of cervical spine
