I have mixed feelings about Thailand. They always make sure that you don't forget that you are "Farang" aka foreigner.
Their long-term visa system is ridiculous. They don't want people to stay long term.
There is racism and prejudice.
Thai women can be very manipulative. Money is the main motivator. If the money finishes....she will be the first to run.
I supported a Thai woman and her family for more than 7 years....today she doesn't know who I am.

This developer is doing the same mistake as almost all the others, there are a few exceptions. They are making the condos way too small. Livingroom is of no priority at all and it's all about bedrooms and bathrooms.

You need a balanced view, they Good and the BAD! Not easy owning a Thai property and plenty of risk! Really do your research and not just take some advertorial from a non Thai making money online selling what ever he can get his hands on. Get professional advice. Selling online PDF’s to Condos….Get professional Advice always.
