My tip i found which makes the cake smooth when its beaked is melt the butter first in to a large pan then add in the rest of the recipe in it if you chose to pix it yourself. Trust its delishous! And for the dibetic icing.. buttercream, stivia or sweetener, butter and vallinna extract. At fist its watery but keep mixing then eventully it will be a beautiful thick moisture. Gd luck 😙
I think I'm going to make this to celebrate the 4th of July... there's something just funny about makeing English food to celebrate the U.S. independence day, in the USA.
I made this last week for a bake sale in work. I used heart shaped cake tins though. It was a big success 🤗
