One other thing. For the strawberry to be sweet and not tart at all,let it marinate in sugar...only sugar( it will bring out the juices from the strawberries) overnight. It takes more than 3 hours.

I substitute 1/2 Low-fat greek yogurt and 1/2 whipped cream which is still decadent and delicious but a wee bit healthier…;-)
