- In today's video, we did a review at a restaurant near The Villages, Florida called Fresh Jalapeno Mexican Restaurant. This Mexican Restaurant in Lady Lake just recently opened. The owner said that his recipes are passed down from generations. We like Mexican Restaurants and were excited to try this one. The restaurant was very clean and nice on the inside. We aren’t sure what the place before it looked like but this one looked good. The staff was so friendly and nice. They were also good! At times, it did take a little bit but since they just opened up, that is all part of the process. The drinks were really good! In fact, they gave us a sample of the sangria and it was one of the best ones we have had! They also have 2 for 1 on some of their drinks. They gave us some really fresh salsa and we tried some of their hot salsa. The cheese dip was good and there was plenty. As far as the food goes, we all really enjoyed it and the portion sizes were big. We had some leftovers and were plenty full. We honestly thought everything was really great! Good review! My husband and I went to an authentic Mexican restaurant in downtown Cancun, away from the tourist area. I wouldn’t recommend that now since there is so much crime in Mexico. Hubby was more adventurous food wise and he liked it. I said I will stick with our American version of Mexican food.

They need to do it right and put a damn website up, instead of just face book. Be nice to be able to browse their menu online. I was looking forward to eating there seeing your video, but the Facebook thing is a deal killer.
They may be working on one but hopefully our video showed you the menu to where you can pause the screen and read it. We would recommend trying this spot as we really liked it!
Next time you eat at a Columbia try the sangria. In my opinion it is the best.
