From pain to finding purpose. A story from Zeema finding her power in the midst of confusion, chaos and rejection. There is always an opportunity to rise again!
Very well said. We keep on walking/running and we never give up. There's always another day by God's grace and we will survive. As women we do have such strength and power to overcome even the most scariest or hard situation, as much as it hurts, we survive ❤
We begin to find our purpose the moment we stop living according to societal standards and when we decide to take responsibility for ourselves and be accountable for our own decisions.
Sheeeesh! This lady is so mature! You can tell she self introspects a lot! Because most mothers in her position would never be truthful about having kids with men who were not intentional about being fathers from the word go! It doesn’t excuse men from being unsupportive or being deadbeats! But our expectations must be aligned to the initial situation and we would be less hurt ! 😢
@@katlego5077 well said, and it's not like we encourage to abandon children but we ladies should be careful abt falling pregnant deliberately & assigning men 2 fatherhood they are not interested in,bcoz as much as it takes two to tango,de woman is de one stuck wid a child 4ever,a man can walk away
Just for the record, the guy was indeed shoved/thrust into parenthood just as the host suggested. By her own admission, she selfishly decided that she wanted a baby and took the first opportunity that came. And she decided to fall pregnant and carry the pragnancy through, that power lies solemnly with her.
“She decided to fall pregnant “ kanti what impregnates a woman ??? Holy water perhaps?? This man had UNPROTECTED SEX with this lady and the results of that is a BABY!!! Let’s not exempt him from the consequences of his action if he really didn’t want children he should have wrapped it up!!!
I like this interviewer, he lets his guests go on and dish up all the gist for us without interruption. Just subscribed because this has become my favorite channel.
But then Zama, as much as you think those relationships delayed you, I think differently. I think God allowed all of it to happen for you to learn & move to next level.
I think she was speaking more on where she wishes her life could have been by now and also accepting that at that time she went to those relationships not because she wanted to but because she thought that's what society was expecting of her.
Man the growth and maturity she ia demonstrating should studied. She got here when she decided to tqke responsibility for her own choices rather thqb placing blame elsewhere. Love, light and more healing energy for her. And oh yes, staying alone and thinking independently brings more life and fulfilment.
I relate shame with her, I also moved to JHB after my son turned 1years3months, and that moved really helped me introspect, have my own thoughts... and I too, got rooted more in Christ...
Why does the interview just start so randomly without a back story, or introductions or anything? It’s like we’re listening to a conversation we have no context to.
Never feel like age determines where you should be in life. You can always have things in good timing, never rush life, relationships ,marriage and especially having children.
Really appreciate this episode. It felt like Zama was talking about me. I could see myself in all her experiences. Thank you for being that vulnerable, Zama. Wow ❤
wow, what a beautiful conversation, as a 26 year old who almost got destroyed by a romantic relationship at varsity it can only be God that healed me and now I'm in such a good space now and I don't idolize relationships anymore. I'm working and focusing on my relationship with Jesus .
13:55 😢😢. This warms my heart ❤️ 💙 and also makes me sad because some people have kids so that those kids feel obligated to look after them when their old. This is the first woman who has said that she owes her child a good life and not the other way around. Most parents feel like the kids are there to eventually support them financially only. But true love is when you just want the love that comes with the child and not the finances. The finances are a bonus if it happens. However loving your child and caring about their wellbeing is true parents love. Children are a blessing not to fill a void. ❤
I wish we could also hear the guy's side of the story, how this broke him and how he's finding his way out of this maze that this woman selfishly created for him.
“This woman selfishly created for him” kanti was this man forced to have unprotected sex 😭😭I don’t understand how he is a victim , if he REALLY didn’t want children like that he should have wrapped it up:THE CONSEQUENCES OF UNPROTECTED SEX IS A BABY!!!!!
I have a female cousin that's also this delulu and horrible, she put some dude in the same situation and in her narrative she's been done wrong by a clown. Truth is she's the clown, horrible person but she's my family 🤷🏾♂️
I'm trying to understand how a person who emphasizes that she grew up in a two parent home and what it takes to create and run such a structure was the one who intentionally fell pregnant without discussing this with the potential parent, whereas the guy whom I assume is coming from a different background was the one who wanted to probably do this the correct way and may feel that was taken from him. He was thrust into a structure he was trying to avoid
@@MsSwanlake haha, I love how people say she ‘fell’ pregnant…. Do people actually understand how pregnancy happens? The act is so deliberate, like how is the guy ‘ shoved’ into fatherhood ? 🤦
Although it is a great idea to have Lungelo’s picture in the background I think it may cause focal point obstruction, the speaker/guest gets blurry as the camera focuses on the picture behind. Basically, I am asking if that picture can be removed, politely
What a beautiful conversation, so calm, so empowering, inspiring. I love both you guys and thank you for this interview.I could literally feel the positive energy between you two.
This is crazy. She created a problem, and feels sorry for herself regarding solving her own creation. By the way, she is also suffering from Cognitive-Dissonance.
This could’ve just been written in her journal honestly 🙆🏾♀️. That rant about the guy she ‘shoved ‘ into fatherhood was unnecessary. She should stick to her own ‘growth’
Mina relationship delayed me I was physical abused I thought its because he was struggling in life so I put my life on hold and worked hard for him thinking if he makes it first he’ll stop abusing me and I’ll work on myself then
So you had a baby intentionally with a man after 27 days and you're crying that the whole situation never worked out how you wanted and whole time that man ain't your husband. What were you expecting? Stop putting yourself in desperate positions knowingly and coming to tell people about it like a testimony all its showing is the fact that lack the ability to make sensible decisions. This isn't maturity if anything just attention seeking.
Had to be said‼️ She made a selfish choice and throw such a responsibility on someone who wasn't ready. If the broer didn't come to the table eventually to connect with his daughter, then he would have been on "No Excuse, Pay Papgeld"😂
I have a serious question. So at the point where she realized that she wasn't getting married and a traditional family set up wasn't on the cards, why would getting knocked up by the first random that will have you seem like a good option? Self introspection could've helped you understand why men aren't seemingly drawn to you in that way but instead you doubled down and waved your red flag sky high for all respectable men to see? Did this lady have a healthy relationship with her father or what? Uya gula lo sesi mentally and possibly from STDs from being smashed raw by desperate randoms sies 😢

Also take that time to find yourself first so you place no expectations on others for your fulfillment.
