As an Australian, I can confirm that we do in fact see the 'find water' objective in the top left of our eyes. It gets really annoying because when you try to focus on it, it moves away from the center of your vision.

Let me clarify the framerate issue: the game is a well-optimized PC port. I myself only have issues with framerate because I'm using a USED AMD R7260x, and even then, most of the game runs in 60 fps with no drops unless it's certain areas. It does not actually run THAT shit. It might just be recording issues.

So I don't remember if it's fully mentioned but I like to think that in the Mad Max universe, they THOUGHT that petrol and oil were scarce and started fighting over the resources but in actuality, they happened to be large amount of resources left but before any government or power had realized, they had all wiped each other out in the ensuing war. Also, after unlocking and S-ranking everything in Phantom Pain, I look forward to getting into this!
