A very simple technique but what is fantastic is that you took the time to show the patient/parent how to do this extra step for the relief of pain and also posted a video to help others.Your bed side manner is awesome. Indian and Middle Eastern doctors are the best. They have such good voices and mannerism. Every time I come across one I know I will be cared for and will receive great treatments.
Almost forgot to mention that Dr. Tahir has have some of the GREATEST BEDSIDE MANNER I HAVE EVER SEEN! The man can put even the most frightened, sick, or anxious child at ease with his soft spoken tone!! This video is literally the greatest definition of how to deal with pediatric medicine.

I came accross your video last year and now this winter season, as soon as my son gets some congestion, I start the ear massage. I have the scope, so i could see that his ear drums were getting red, so I started doing the massage 30 times per year twice a day and his ear drums went back to normal even with the congestion. @@lp5398 a good dr would not allow that to happen. They would have surgically drained it. Simple outpatient. That stuff would have gotten severely infected and you could of died from sepsis.

If I had to physically show how much knowledge I’ve learned from them over the past few years it would undoubtedly be 3 of the large textbooks that you see at Universities worldwide! If you’ve never seen any large textbook from a University a simple google search will be all you need.

Great video. I have 2 comments; I know that some kids get recurring ear infections because they have allergy to dairy products(milk, etc). I tried this same massage with a low power vibrator, and it worked very fast.

Wow this is so crazy because I did this 7 times and after the 5th time I felt water drain down my ear and my ear is a lot less clogged, I think it's almost fully unclogged but I'll have to wait a day to tell for sure

Thank you Dr, just starting this method, on antibiotic spray again and it doesn't help much. Had earache for years before and Dr's said my ear was fine, the pain wasn't though, it took years to get better. Just got it again recently, it's a bit of relief to do this technique but my lower jaw hurts too as well as inside my ear, especially if I pull on it. I hope the massage helps make the pain go quicker.

Thank you doctor....this helped my 5 yr old in just one try....he was having a very hard time hearing and had fluid build up in the middle ear. The ent dr recommended to put ear tubes. I was a bit skeptical since he has never has an ear infection, so the idea of tubes wasnt sitting well with me. That got me looking on the internet and i came across your video...it helped him in just one try...the only thing i tried along with the massage was put him on a heating pad for 5 mins to warm up the area....he was telling me when i was massaging that something is moving and he didnt want to continue so to distract him and give him a break i put him on thw heating mat...after 5 mins he said i feel so much better then i massaged some more a few times and he tolerated it a lot better....and then i wishpered in that ear and he could hear me...after probably a good couple of weeks he was able to hear again....i cant thank you enough to take the time amd post it on you tube.

What a nice doctor . I’m suffering & 2 regular doctors checked my ears & said they look healthy & I got a referral for a ear doctor , but she can’t see me until January. This is October. And , an ER doctor gave me prescription for a steroid that I’m uncomfortable to take because the side effects will make me jittery & anxious

I have dysfunctional eustachian tubes and this helped me a shit ton literally after a couple of rubs. This doctor knows his stuff pretty well.

Wow this is so crazy because I did this 7 times and after the 5th time I felt water drain down my ear and my ear is a lot less clogged, I think it's almost fully unclogged but I'll have to wait a day to tell for sure

Thank you Dr, just starting this method, on antibiotic spray again and it doesn't help much. Had earache for years before and Dr's said my ear was fine, the pain wasn't though, it took years to get better. Just got it again recently, it's a bit of relief to do this technique but my lower jaw hurts too as well as inside my ear, especially if I pull on it. I hope the massage helps make the pain go quicker.

My son has been to the pediatrician 4 times in the past month with ear pain and lost of hearing and seen three different doctors in the same doctors office and nobody has mention to try this technique.

Thank you doctor....this helped my 5 yr old in just one try....he was having a very hard time hearing and had fluid build up in the middle ear. The ent dr recommended to put ear tubes. I was a bit skeptical since he has never has an ear infection, so the idea of tubes wasnt sitting well with me. That got me looking on the internet and i came across your video...it helped him in just one try...the only thing i tried along with the massage was put him on a heating pad for 5 mins to warm up the area....he was telling me when i was massaging that something is moving and he didnt want to continue so to distract him and give him a break i put him on thw heating mat...after 5 mins he said i feel so much better then i massaged some more a few times and he tolerated it a lot better....and then i wishpered in that ear and he could hear me...after probably a good couple of weeks he was able to hear again....i cant thank you enough to take the time amd post it on you tube.

i tried popping my ear as i saw on google as i've had this ear pain - think its infection , and it made my head hurts like hell for the past four days :(
i followed Dr.T's methid and continue massaging the bak of my ear and i can feel the fluid draining , though my eardrums still hurts cuz i did the popping quite a number of times . :( ty doctor

My eardrum has already ruptured like last August and I've had about 5 inner infections since then. I'm scared it's gonna rupture again. I rly hope this helps!

What a nice doctor . I’m suffering & 2 regular doctors checked my ears & said they look healthy & I got a referral for a ear doctor , but she can’t see me until January. This is October. And , an ER doctor gave me prescription for a steroid that I’m uncomfortable to take because the side effects will make me jittery & anxious
