The main guy once again barely qualifies as a magus but has a unique skill and get's thrown back in time to WWII era to fight in the holy grail war. On the upside it think he might the first Fate protagonist not to have some emotional/psychological baggage. Three guesses on who his servant is...

The haori itself is a Noble Phantasm. When she wears it, her stats are pretty much boosted up to decent parameters.
