Man, I'm not sure how Scathach would feel having this goddess taking over her body. Specially if you consider her general opinion on many folks. (that line about Mebd... I'm pretty sure she wouldn't be okay with Skadi saying that) XD I love how completely fairy-like the gods are! ^_^ They can be so childish, so egotistical, so spoiled... and yet, there's just some part of them that is simply charming and dorky. I think every Divine Spirit we summon (save maybe for Stheno) has that hidden side to them. I love it. :D That said, though... :( For all the goofyness and clumsy rich-girl air that she shows... Skadi reveals a pretty sad part about her story in her Bond Lv 5 dialogue. And it sucks, because if we try to say anything to confort her, we'll probably just hurt her feelings more. The last of the gods... no, maybe not even that... now, she may just be another Divine Spirit, like so many we came across. :( What a fall from grace.
Another way to interpret her bond 5 dialogue is that she really does want the master to comfort her. To be the one to make her their's, to be the one who proposes to her, to be the one that will love her. She just becomes tsundere like the rest of the goddess that fuse with the living like Ishtar and Ereshkigal.
Researcher Researching Research It must be because she's a goddess while Fujimaru/Gudako is a mortal, therefore there's that pride that tells her she should not get married with a little human. But yeah, that is one possible interpretation of what's going on in her head. Although, honestly, her shame seems to derive more from the fact Fujimaru/Gudako said something on the lines of "you missed the chance to get married". There's not much really implying that she wants us to propose to her, that's just something we're assuming.

Man, I'm not sure how Scathach would feel having this goddess taking over her body. Specially if you consider her general opinion on many folks. (that line about Mebd... I'm pretty sure she wouldn't be okay with Skadi saying that) XD
I love how completely fairy-like the gods are! ^_^ They can be so childish, so egotistical, so spoiled... and yet, there's just some part of them that is simply charming and dorky. I think every Divine Spirit we summon (save maybe for Stheno) has that hidden side to them. I love it. :D
That said, though... :( For all the goofyness and clumsy rich-girl air that she shows... Skadi reveals a pretty sad part about her story in her Bond Lv 5 dialogue.
And it sucks, because if we try to say anything to confort her, we'll probably just hurt her feelings more.
The last of the gods... no, maybe not even that... now, she may just be another Divine Spirit, like so many we came across. :( What a fall from grace.
Another way to interpret her bond 5 dialogue is that she really does want the master to comfort her. To be the one to make her their's, to be the one who proposes to her, to be the one that will love her.
She just becomes tsundere like the rest of the goddess that fuse with the living like Ishtar and Ereshkigal.
Researcher Researching Research It must be because she's a goddess while Fujimaru/Gudako is a mortal, therefore there's that pride that tells her she should not get married with a little human. But yeah, that is one possible interpretation of what's going on in her head. Although, honestly, her shame seems to derive more from the fact Fujimaru/Gudako said something on the lines of "you missed the chance to get married". There's not much really implying that she wants us to propose to her, that's just something we're assuming.

@@MrDibara Both of what we've interpreted are all just our assumptions. While I personally think that she is just being coy in all of her answers, the writing of her dialogue also provides proof of what you said could be interpreted.
However, because this Skadi is a mix and with no info about Skadi prior to the merge, we can't truly discern which aspects of her personality are a product of the mix or directly transferred.

We know Ishtar merged with Rin, but apperantly she becomes way different in Fate/Strange Fake, where she seems to merge with an Einzbern homunculus.

So what happens to normal Skadi in the greater history of man is she still so similar that she has this look or what
nothing changes. The Throne of Heroes is connected to all realities, alternate universes, timelines, and etc so it records and holds Heroes, villains, and etc form all over the place. Under the right condition, a Mage can even summon a alternate history version of a specific Heroic Spirit.

Ahh..mahou shoujo (_slightly_ younger) scathacht=skadi. a christmas cake (that _surprisingly_ concern about that "title". but given this lostbelt's situation, no one can blame her) that always try to act majesticly, but its her "honest" moment, her "dork and human-like" dialogue that *wins* the fans (fans call her "a better scathatch" to _no one_ surprise).
(ps. _please_ dont judge her way a ruling norse lostbelt from all current @Raizu Stash's norse video, please wait until the end (_literally_ the end of chapter), and then you can judge her all you want. *my* point _is_ ,she's not as bad / cruel as people think. (and that last itself is pretty much a _fucked up_ version of "and then what?" scenario. 😶)
